I see many coins around. Even a year ago there were some casinos accepting litecoin and dogecoin. As bitcoin is now really expensive and slow plus some people are afraid of tomorrow's segwit thing, I thought it would be interesting enough to create a poll and see how many people still gamble with bitcoin and are there many fans of other coins. Nowadays the range is really wide, so we have what to choose from What do you think?
I like to gamble but it is becoming harder and harder to gamble my coins, bitcoin is very valuable at the moment but even if altcoins are cheaper the growth of altcoins in this year have been even greater than the growth of bitcoin so it is difficult to gamble my EHT or LTC when I think those coins are going to go up in the short term.

Have played with Dogecoins, Ethereum and Litecoin before. DOGE has a big advantage of being quicker, cheaper (1 DOGE fee = ~100 satoshi at max) to send payment with, thus cheaper to play with in addition the market does not get impacted majorly if you see a bitcoin value considering the offer/demand wall is high.
I prefer to gamble with altcoin like doge or litecoin. Both of these have low fee, as well as fast confirmation. However, if i make deposit with large amount, i still use bitcoin. Because that's what i hold.
Nice idea, I found a site that let users bet with .00000001 dogecoin as the minimum bet so if you have 1k doges it will be enough to try different strategies, may take time to profit though because dogecoin is about 40-45 satoshis only.

That's not gambling anymore but wasting precious time and electricity, only mentioned minimum bet doesn't mean I will bet with the minimum
Only for looking a good strategy and if found one adjustment to the bankroll and increase on the bb have to be done.
I think it depends on your strategie. I try to make small but multiple amount of profits so I need a coin that doesn't lower it's price in a day. I used to use litecoin because of this but now I prefer BTC.Since the price is going up it almost doubles my small profits which gives me a huge sum of profit at the end of the day.

They are doing gambling with bitcoin because they want their deposit to be last longer compare if they are going to use bitcoin on gambling, but if we really wanted to have huge profits, then use bitcoin on betting, but only if you are going to win of course, lol. Gambling with Altcoin is a little bit confusing if you are used on bitcoin when it comes to betting, you are going to adjust yourself to familiarize it.

haven't you tried using doge its lesser than btc and eth in terms of transaction fees and it will allow you to enjoy your gamebecause doge is small in value so you have a lots of time to maximize your stay and to create more strategy using small bankroll.

Before the fork there were more people using AltCoins to gamble, principally Litecoin and Ethereum, now I see these coins disappeared a bit, not totally anyway. Seems gamblers were just waiting the fork happen to start gambling with their Bitcoins again. Probably because the price is increasing very well too.

Possible that there are gamblers that loves to gamble with their alt coins because of very fast confirmation such as litecoin and with the fees. Everyone wants to pay lower fees it is just depending on how satisfied we are when it comes to the gambling experience we are playing with that casino.

For example you have extra 10$ and you want to gamble with it. It doesn't matter what will you buy, dogecoin or bitcoin because at the end you will have either bitcoin or altcoin which is worth 10$.

I'm not a fond or try gambling using altcoins, yet as far as I know it would be anew and exciting thing to do with.Yet as I know the price is a bit smaller than bitcoin. Although I can really say that it is good for us to have an alternative in trading and YES, an alternative in gambling. Isn't that great? Having an alternative on each aspects in cryptoworld?
