why hid your self ? are you shy or what  ? gambling is not a crime or illegal as long as its allowed on your country so its okay to use fiat if you think fiat is accesible and easier for you  . people use crypto for gambling , like me but it does not mean that i hate fiat and i dont use it for gambling   . infact i still use  my fiat for offline gambling here on our city  . i never tried fiat for online tho because i dont have a credit card or a debit card  , my paypal wasnt also funded  before .

Maybe you can show yourself in gambling, but I prefer to stay hiding from other people. I prefer to play gambling without anyone knows although gambling is allowed in my country. Besides that, I never go to the real casino, but I gamble on the gambling website in my room. That is why I don't use fiat to gamble, but I use crypto to gamble, and until now, I never try to play online gambling using fiat because that means, I need to deposit from my bank account.

Most of the online crypto gambling sites are now being forced to collect user information and make users go through KYC due to regulation.

I haven't feel that, I have used a lot of crypto gambling sites until now and I have never receive a message from them asking to comply with the KYC requirement, I think this vary from country to country.

I think the traffic will divert to those sites which still does not require KYC and if most sites start with KYC then people would either quit or sites where still no KYC is required all will move to that and that site will make lot of money as well . No user is sure how their KYC could be misused so for safety they avoid such sites .

As long as our country doesn't prohibit cryptocurrency, we can still use crypto to gamble, but maybe the government can ban access to visit the gambling site. And if that happens, we can visit the gambling website using the VPN so we can play gambling using cryptocurrency. I think the KYC is only applied in some of the gambling websites, and if we don't want to complete the KYC, we can search the gambling site, which doesn't require KYC.

There's always a lot of gambling sites that will offer that kind of policy as they know the demand from gamblers who are prohibited to gamble.
With crypto, that's the trend now and the good thing on why this market is growing is because people does not really care about the documentation of being legal but it's reputation online and with that gamblers will patronize them although the risk is high.

It will always be crypto and even in the near future I didn't intend to use fiat in online gambling. One explanation is the rule. There's no specific law in our country regarding crypto gambling, so I'm pretty safe from regulation, despite how much I've played or earned. I'm still unfamiliar with using fiat gambling site. What if they need KYC that I'm ignoring or they're unlawfully operating that might smear my clean reputation. So when you have online gambling operation, choosing crypto is the best thing to do.

Rule? That does not explain anything and why you want to use crypto currencies. Yeah, since there is no specific laws, you might end up doing something illegal in an unknowing way unintentionally. Too bad, it is no longer safe from regulation. Most of the online crypto gambling sites are now being forced to collect user information and make users go through KYC due to regulation.
You should always read the terms of service first of a casino before you start playing over there.

Yes we can gamble with crypto so easily for this we can game online using our phone or PC so it’s good to gamble online but the problem is crypto user remain anonymous and you will not be able to that with whom you are actually gambling that’s why I prefer using crypto only to invest my money and use fiat for gambling I know it's little hard-working but enjoyable too.
I disagree with this, using fiat in gambling is too very risky in our part if that is online gambling. You know why? - just because it will be linked to your personal details through using your bank account or credit card. What is the problem of being anonymous in gambling? That was most gamblers like for the purpose of privacy. I still prefer using crypto in gambling than fiat.
Yes there are many gamblers the families of whom are not gambler and if a person is not gambler he do not like gambling because of that they know that they family members are not gamblers and they do not like gambling seeing this they like to gamble in private and they do not want that someone know about them. For them gambling with fiat was hard or impossible so the solution for them is gambling with cryptocurrencies.

but don't you think a person has to get crypto somehow?
why would it be easier for them to gamble with crypto taking into  account that there's way more friction on the process of exchanging fiat to crypto than gambling straight with fiat (on credit card, as an example)?

or they're just earning their crypto on an open site, like here, or working for it?

I have tried them both already and I will share my experience with them.

Gambling in fiat is more hassle than gambling in crypto. I'm not saying that I'm gambling in casinos but in our town, every year there are some group of people who are building a place where people are gambling there and we call it "peryahan". There people are using fiat money to gamble. It is fun but at the same time, more hassle for me. To be honest, I don't end up there winning because or greediness. Cheesy

Gambling in crypto is less hassle for some reasons. If you have a computer in your home, internet connection and the most important thing that you need, crypto Cheesy then you are good to go already. You don't need to go outside and gamble because you can gamble already even you are in your home. Less hassle for me.
It makes sense indeed what you say. Now people prefer to do things instantly. If you can do it from the room why bother to go out with all the greater risks. Maybe for the future people will be increasingly crowded who make bets using crypto.although the attraction of playing at the casino directly also always attracts visitors. However, with crypto the gambling process becomes easier

For crypto users anonymity does not matter as they know how to deal with it. I like gambling with crypto as it is technology that invented for our relaxation so if we want to be that much good gambler along with ease then choose online gambling with crypto it’s safe and easy way of gambling. We can gamble according to need if you like you can gamble with fiat in regular casino.

There are several countries that have been known to legalize gambling, and I dont think gamblers should hide their identities unless they want privacy in their social culture.
The following is a list of countries that do not prohibit gambling activities or authorize gambling as far as I know.
Code:
1. China
2. Hongkong
3. Singapure
4. Greece
5. Spain
6. Italy
7. etc
If a gambler wants to continue to maintain their privacy, gambling using crypto is the solution. But can someone or the government find the owner of the crypto address when exchanging it fiat and withdraw it to a bank account ?
KYC is intended for exchange aimed at anticipating fraudulent behavior such as money laundering, illegal transactions and financing of terrorism. IMO, if the government wants to conduct an investigation in cooperation with the stock exchange, the identity of the account holder will also be known. What do you think ?

If we used crypto, we could hide our money from the government. We can hold the money in the crypto form, and we don't convert that coins, or if we want to convert the coin, we can use the exchanges as the store of the money. Or we can use a wallet which supports to store the stable coins.

Yes, we can use the exchanges that don't require KYC so we can hide our money from the government Grin
Gambling must be done using the cryptocurrency because this is the best way of making your actions anonymous. In this way even if a person is involved in some kind of illegal activity then that is not notified to the legal authorities. Crypto currency has no static identity and is not controlled by the government so it is easy to be used as compared to the fiat.

That is why people who are using cryptocurrency prefer to use crypto to playing gambling because they can hide their identity from other people including from the government. But I am afraid if cryptocurrency is used for illegal activity because that can make the cryptocurrency cannot grow in the future. Maybe it is better if we are telling people that cryptocurrency is not just for illegal activity so that they will know the good of cryptocurrency.

Using fiat where you need to link your bank account is indeed risky but it applies for those who live in countries where gambling is an ilegal activity.
I do not think it is risky to use fiat for those who live on countries where gambling is a legal activity.
So be wise as always to choose which one to gamble, I myself prefer to use crypto since few years back although some time I still use fiat.

Sometimes I have some trouble not being able to send money or deposit to a gambling account because the bank is always suspicious of what I'm doing and because of unknown transactions I've also been frozen by my bank for a few weeks. I prefer to buy crypto from someone first, and then I can safely and quickly deposit crypto where I can play anything I want. So it's easier for me to play in crypto, I have to say it's a great technology.

Is this happening to almost your local bank accounts? I mean, is there any regulations from the local bank related to gambling activity? Here in my country especially based on my own experience, I have never experienced such thing. I mean the bank never freeze my account because I use my bank account for gambling activity. But to be honest, I do not really understand whether the bank does not care about it or the bank does not notice it. At least I've been using my local bank accounts to gamble for years already and it is still fine.

There are countries that prohibit gambling as the main source of bank deposit if you are only an ordinary gambler. There has to be a stable and legitimate source of income other than just gambling wins. Especially online gambling and with crypto as the main currency, I guess the banks are going to be very strict on that.

By the way, I use both fiat and crypto in gambling.

Most people who know cryptocurrency will choose using crypto for gamble because they see that when they used crypto, they can hide their identity from the government and the banks. They can play gambling on any site which has many options for the coin to gamble, so they don't have any problem with the process verification. I think in the future, the crypto gambling industry will become popular than the fiat gambling industry because people can gamble on many gambling websites without verifying their identities. And the best is they can play gambling in their home without going to the gambling places.
I doubt you can hide from the government or banks because once you get to win a lot, at some point you'll run in to the problem of cashing out your money. There are exchanges that don't do verifications but eventually it's getting less and less as countries are starting to notice the demand for cryptocurrency exchanges.

No, I cannot hide from the government because they will be suspicious of my bank account, and they will investigate me, and ask me where the money comes. That could be true that the exchanges will apply verification to avoid the illegal use of the money, and they want to help the government to prevent the bad thing that can come later. At that time, we can get trouble if we don't follow their rules, and that will make us cannot withdraw the money.

Then just give the government the right cut if they ask through "taxes"..we can always hide with our government if we are smart but most people can't so they easily get caught and if they don't have the knowledge to hide, they should just comply with the rules to avoid problem in the future.

let's just enjoy while there are still exchanges that don't require KYC.

yes before the invention of crypto it was very hard for the gamblers to access the online casinos and the online casinos were also not earning enough because of these issues but after the invention of bitcoin and altcoins it because easy for everyone to play in online casinos even the citizens of those countries got access to online casinos where gambling is banned because of which online casinos earned a high income and their business flourished.
