It will always be crypto and even in the near future I didn't intend to use fiat in online gambling. One explanation is the rule. There's no specific law in our country regarding crypto gambling, so I'm pretty safe from regulation, despite how much I've played or earned. I'm still unfamiliar with using fiat gambling site. What if they need KYC that I'm ignoring or they're unlawfully operating that might smear my clean reputation. So when you have online gambling operation, choosing crypto is the best thing to do.
Exactly. Those are crypto's strongest points against Fiat. I'm sure many casino/gambling operators will choose crypto over Fiat in the long run, due to the many benefits it provides. While governments can require operators to comply with KYC, the decentralized nature of crypto makes it impossible to enforce regulation at will. That's not the case with Fiat, as it's largely monitored and tracked by the government. With due time, we'll be able to see more crypto gambling sites being supported by serious gamblers worldwide. I believe this is just the beginning, as crypto and Blockchain are bound to improve over time.
The next big thing in the gambling industry are decentralized gambling apps. With the inception of ETH, EOS, TRON, and other smart contract based blockchains, gambling games have become truly censorship resistant without the need for middleman. This presents a greater level of fairness than traditional-based gambling. Neither gambling sites which accept Fiat will overcome those which accept crypto or vice versa. For some people, gambling with Fiat is the way to go while others would simply choose crypto over anything else. Gamblers are the ones who decide which currency to use on diverse situations in life. Just my opinion
