I just thought about this... Don't you want to change that "Welcome Bonuses" to just "Bonuses/Rakeback"? I guess that's better way of reviewing the casino. Also, I noticed some. Casino you rated 0 on promotions like that on Roobet, AFAIK they have lots of promotions running.

I think that when it comes to rating the bonuses, it's not about their quantity or amount, but mostly about the probability of their withdrawal. On the website, under "What bonuses do I usually take?" describes how the bonuses are rated. It's mostly about wagering, so it looks like Roobet doesn't have that attractive.

If you read his review regarding welcome bonus & promotions, you will understand why he rated roobet in such low rating.
The good thing about his review is he is indeed using his own money to test the site and check the features.
But didn't expect that roobet will have relatively low rating as compared to others.
But anyway, it is up to the player's priorities how he look at casinos and how important those features are to him.

Of course everyone should research each casino individually. I am aware that we cannot fully rely on such a review. They are helpful due to the fact that there are a lot of casinos on the market and thanks to such a list we can find the ones we like faster. As for the Roobet, everything is very fine and the case of bonuses, as I wrote, is an individual matter.
Reviews could neither be biased or not really something right thats why nothing really beats out when you do really have real experience on playing in a site.

Some are really worth to read and something which you do know that theres something wrong on that.

I have just finished testing Betplay casino. The review will be published soon Wink

So far so good you're doing great compared to other gambling review sites that just rely on their earnings from referring people, since you're risking your own money you will check every detail about the site you're reviewing especially the withdrawal functions and its fairness, there are still a lot of casinos to be review especially the new ones.

Personally, I think it takes a little more time to build an clear opinion, but I agree that these reviews are really good. Recently, new casinos appear almost every day, so you can't even spend more time on each of them. I agree that you should pay more attention to new casinos as the older ones are more or less known.

It seems you are quite professional in carrying out all the assessments so objectively. based on the list of casinos that you have assessed, then the fees you spend show your seriousness so far in proving all complaints or questions that other people are not even willing to bet there. You have represented many people including me. Because there are several casinos that I haven't tried and you have given me an idea to bet or not. Once again, this review is quite useful and deserves high appreciation.

I have just published my honest 500 Casino review!

Thanks for the review Rob, we appreciate your honesty.

Based on DNL's response above, BitGo determines the fees (hence the possibility of minor discrepancies) so hopefully that addresses your concern.

For the welcome package, the BONUS balance could be wagered on our house games if you feel that you would rather "stretch" the duration, while this does not affect the wagering requirements. It's understandable that 40x might sound a tad daunting, but we do our best to strike a balance between both parties. On the plus side, our non-sticky bonus means that players are allowed to withdraw their main balance as well as their winnings, without involving the BONUS counterpart. Once you're satisfied with your sessions, feel free to play with the house money.

And we look forward to seeing you at our scavenger hunt and raffle events Smiley

500 Casino review is published!

Thanks for the great review!

A few notes:
The withdrawal fees should be correlated with actual network fees. Since we're using Bitgo for some of the cryptos, there can potentially be some discrepancies there, but it should be rare. We also offer x amount of free withdrawals a day for VIPs. - Most of the cryptos have no network fees at all though Smiley
If we lowered the wagering requirement for the welcome package it would simply be too overpowered. It is already a bit too extreme compared to what you're able to get anywhere else, but we hope it attracts a lot of new users.

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform

I understand what happened and I know why Wildtornado have low score in this review.

They have very slow verification system, slow withdrawals, and very poor support.

This is not bad treatment, but the poor quality of the casino they have created.

I think they asked for such a review so that they could find mistakes and correct them. I don't find it funny.

The truth is that I have not come across the site, but judging by how it has been judged by OP analysts, I usually pay attention to this type of event, because in some way those people who are dedicated to this type of study always review them and I confirm to give a valid argument, however I can not speak anything about the site, but from the outset when seeing the review one already stops using the site with the freedoms that other platforms offer and that is closely related to the issue of security .

Every question I asked confused the agents. They were always double checking the information or sending completely random useless stuff instead of an answer. ~
You will not get any good support and you will spend a lot of time solving a simple issue.

Read the KYC and anonymity & Customer support part to know the conclusion.

One of the key things for any online service, including a casino, is good customer support. I also feel frustrated when I encounter customer support that lacks knowledge about the service. As I read this review, I find it funny that Wildtornado customer support had to double-check the answer to simple questions like wagering requirements on deposits. Another problem is giving totally random, useless or misleading information instead of answers. I would never be happy with such a customer service.

I don't know where the conclusion was that they treated him badly?
OP has made an honest review of Wildtornado, and he has done it for all other casinos. BTW, have you read his review? The KYC system is almost mandatory on that casino. They should have done this quickly without making delays. And their poor support makes the situation more complicated without giving straight answer.

The most annoying thing is that all documents were in “pending” status for several hours and the only way to get them verified was to contact the live support. ~
The verification process is very slow, and you will always have to push the support team to speed things up.

Getting honest reviews from players is actually a good thing.
This will be their room for improvement and at least learn where they need to be pro-active.
Because without getting honest feedback, they won't know where they are lagging on some services.
This will be good if the casino will address it eventually. But if they will stay that way, I don't think they can get more patrons.

Hope the improvement of their services was their goal. After all, they do it for the players, so their opinion should be the most important for them. Right now they know what to focus on and hopefully we'll see an improvement on their gambling platform soon.

They asked you to make a review of their casino, then they treated you badly! That's really funny.

I don't know where the conclusion was that they treated him badly?

He was asked to do a review and he did it very honestly. I think the owners wanted to know their weaknesses and improve them. If someone does not have much experience in running a casino, they make minor mistakes and such reviews are very helpful and even needed to correct them.
