The lower rate method is something you have to do for a very long time in order to have any sort of success. Look at places lightlord manages, like bitvest and so forth, they are doing very low compared to everyone else and not even close, but they still do it after so many time which allowed them to get some sort of marketing in with that type of amount.

If they did that for a week they wouldn't reach to anyone at all, but they have been doing this as far as I can remember which allowed them to get people in between other signature campaigns, which allowed them to get attention as well. So if anyone were suppose to pay very little amount per week, they would have to do it for over a year to make it meaningful meaning they would have to spend the same amount of money in the end, just spend less for shorter period of time, could still work out if you do it right.

Obviously, they considered the number of new clients they acquired in this short time during which the bounty campaign was going on was sufficient. Based on these considerations, they most likely decided to conduct a signature campaign for only a week.

Maybe the fact that they have been running the campaign for only a week, they do not want to be active in this forum but they just want to let them know that their gambling site exists and that they also accept crypto as a gambling bet.  For them, they already have a lot of players, especially those who play CSGO, in addition to the players they can get here who are crypto users.

I agree with that. With that a week of running I've seen a lot of users wearing the Gamdom signature and got curious to it, well there's no problem if they stop their signature campaign as long as they have a lot or sufficient number of players on their website.

Their signature campaign didn't last long and I don't know what's the problem since 1 week is not enough to get a good exposure here, maybe they settled for their current players and select to stop the promotion and being active here. But if they pursue their signature with follow up promotion they will provably gain a good success here.

It was a massive campaign with high rate and many participants, but too bad it was running for 1 week only.
I think it was a mistake to have too much participants plus high rate as I do think that what they have spent for that week could be used for more weeks with less participant and lower rate.

Regarding payment it is debatable because with lower payment you might not have that best of participants even interested in your campaign and you would like to attract the best when you are already paying for signature campaign. One thing which is important is visibility here on this forum. In last 6 months we had so many gambling sites come up and the ones which have regular campaigns running generally have their thread being quite active and also this gives them chance to grab attention of all users on this forum for Gamdom.

No, I completely appreciate that - but why not have it as 1:1000 as opposed to 1:1500?

Mainly because they deal with CSGO skins so there has to be some fluctuation since they're very dynamic. Also not to mention the currencies are used for extremely small bets (1 Gamdom coin).

So pegging $1 to 1,000 coins won't be viable.

Previously it was $1 to 1,600.

I've played on Gamdom a bunch of times before, never had any problems.

My only problem with it is that it is insanely expensive to get funds in from a debit card, and that the conversion from dollars to Gamdom credits (1:1500 I believe?) is always trippy. I end up thinking that I have more balance than I actually do half the time.
VISA, Debit or Bank Transaction always add more fee for the transaction.

That's why don't really like it when doing a transaction with them always with cryptocurrency because not really necessary to required more fee when doing the transaction. The rate and their own internal currency giving some benefit to the user one example can betting with under 1 cent.

So, a small gambler can play a lot.

And yes, I guess VISA and Mastercard do incur a high fee themselves.

But would there be providers with potentially lower fees? I mean, when I deposit with fiat I'm essentially getting double fee'd by both my bank for foreign currency conversion to RUR and the payment processor's own fees Cry

You can't determine the result if it's effective or not in just one week, maybe they just want to focus on some certain platforms, but like other gambling sites before, they can also start a campaign again, who knows, maybe next year.
But you also cannot claim they will get good exposure when they launch the campaign ~XD.

I think the discussion about these just ended it here after my post, just like my previous post the only one who can confirm they have got a good exposure after creating the campaign only from the company or service owner who have the data to their website.

Running a signature campaign or any social media campaign can be good for Gamdom. Since most of the gambling sites offer some sort of campaigns because it provides them with a lot of new users and traffic to the site. If they are not in a position to start any campaign, they should start giving small bonuses etc through games and rounds section here.

They have ran a signature campaign before, but it lasted for 1 week.

Most probably it wasn't very profitable for the owner since their Twitter presence is very strong.

Is this something deliberate that Gamdom has done for a particular reason? I would like to hear why.

Their conversion rates are not the best in the market IMHO. Along with the 10% additional fee to withdraw skins, I stopped depositing skins ever since.

Nobody knows, but it's best to ask support or on their Twitter. You won't get an official answer here.

It may be difficult to estimate what kind of campaign you are going to start with. You want to make an impression as a company, so it is understandable that you are going big. however, you have to have the budget to continue with that, or you have to become such a big success that you don't need a campaign anymore. Gamdom probably misjudged that at the time. They've been pretty dormant lately.

Is your last withdrawal here safe? I just created an account here and saw 2000+ users online this is what makes me interested in creating an account
But I see the admin is not active here '' Last Active: April 17, 2020, 10:58:28 AM ''  that's why I want to confirm and ask here, someone please answer.
They not really make a high activity on bitcointalk.

But they were really active on their social media like Twitter and promoted the website with streamer or youtube. I believe, when doing a promotion on bitcointalk they not really getting a good result and decide to promote with streamer/youtuber or on their social media giveaway.
In fact, there are also a sufficient number of gamblers on the bitcointalk forum who can start using this resource, but for this, one way or another, you need to hold an appropriate bounty campaign. In addition, the bitcointalk forum will provide an opportunity to spread information about the resource to all available social networks, as other companies do.

If we talk about bitcointalk for sure this have the most widest crypto user base since this is the main forum where crypto users goes as since many casinos are promoting their business by running a sig campaign they also should conduct another way to promote their site and don't rely on single advertisement only, Look what roobet did they are quite running good since they have multiple promotions running here. I think the one what lacking for gamdom here is a good marketing manager which can help them advice on what are the other things needed to do to maximize their traffic here.

Because the site deals with skins, so the ratio is necessary. Don't worry though, you'll get used to it eventually Grin
Then, what's the difference between other CSGO Casino.

They also have a skin option to deposit and withdrawal but the rate still using 1:1 as the USD Coin.

They are not active at all on this forum at the moment. nevertheless I did see a signature campaign once, but that was a while ago. Maybe they are now advertising through other channels.
Could also be that they offer other payment methods than just crypto, and then you should also advertise outside the site I think.

What I believed and see it as legit, bitcointalk forum will always be trusted aside from other channels like telegram or whatsoever social media platforms. We need to be careful on those other advertisement, some of them might not be transparent of just copying other gambling platforms which doesn't have connection to reality of gambling. Signature campaigns is an effective ways to promote gambling, because most gamblers referred on forums that has many legit members.
