Bitcoin has a massive crash and it's going to be down and down.
We enter a bear market. dark time for btc.
A bear market that quick? Dark time? How can be that description of yours happen if we're still in good times for bitcoin. You're looking at the daily charts.
If you look in that manner, you would really think that we're in the bear market. This isn't a massive crash, a massive crash will show you that everything is going down in a quick glance.

You're just the one panicking if you sell everything and say Bitcoin is doomed. Your goal in creating this thread is to spread the FUD so that other people sell their bitcoins.

It doesn't seem like it will work, people who own a lot of bitcoins won't even sell all their assets so easily. The current market correction is necessary because the market is saturated. Everything will be alright.

Currently the value of bitcoin is going down again we should not  lose hope because it will go up again. It happened before, we should tried to be patient for us to gain more profit and dont sell all. For me, I do believe of what bitcoin can do for us. And who knows because of bitcoin, our life will change for the better.

Instead of being pessimistic about what's happening in the market right now, why don't we just pay attention on monitoring the price pattern of bitcoin? Maybe it wouldn't go that way always but at some point, you can use that price movement to determine what can happen next with your holdings. Also, we need to remember how frequent bitcoin's value has gone up and as such things keeps on occuring, correction will surely take place to stabilize bitcoin and avoid seeing it lose control. Soon, bitcoin will stabilize once again or might even go up, so let us just have faith and believe that everything will soon become alright.

Bitcoin has a massive crash and it's going to be down and down.
We enter a bear market. dark time for btc.
By the end of this month, Bitcoin had collapsed.  However, the rise and fall of the market in the world of cryptocurrency is a trivial matter.  Today the market has collapsed, but tomorrow the market will not rise to say it does not leave time.  Be patient, everything will be fine.
You're right! Be patient and everything will be fine! Every market has a regular increase in prices. Don't make the electronic money market discount but rush to sell off Bitcoin. If anyone fears and sells Bitcoin, the more decaluated prices will benefit from stocky investors.

I probably won't do it now. Although it is unlikely that my decision will have any impact on the market.

What is your basis on saying this? Only two months ago, we saw a similar decrease in the price and also how it came back to its old levels. There is nothing that may cause us to think like this for now. Of course, it can also drop down more too but we can't be sure of anything.

Dont be so gloomy. A short dumb cant not guarantee anything. Moreover, bitcoin does need a correction since its price has increased for weeks. $65k is the highest peak so a 20% correction is ok. Even if we enter the bear market, I only see opportunity for me to buy more bitcoin with a cheaper price

Well, I'm not totally certain if the bear market has already begun but a little correction just like we have now doesn't mean it will continue to go down. Remember Bitcoin recently break the resistance and set a new ATH of course expect that there will be few people who will make a profit and goes for correction. And we know that correction is healthy for the market for it to reach even higher. We've only been sitting on $55k yet you think this will be the start of the bear market, seems you have weak hands or perhaps you just want to create FUD unfortunately, none of them fall for it.

I think it's very premature to start selling when the price is only 7.5% lower than a week ago and only 5% lower than a month ago. This is indeed a tiny correction which can be followed by the price growing and being above $60k once again. I think a lot will be decided by panic-selling newbies, just like the last time. If they think it's the beginning of the end, we might see the bearish market coming sooner than expected. However, it seems to me that there's still strong support for the price of $50k, but there's just not enough support to maintain the price at $60k level, so it keeps falling a little each time.

Oh, Bitcoin is dying again... wonder if anyone has ever counted how many times it did so far Cheesy If 10-20% is a big crash for you, just wait and see when it's gonna drop more than 50%.. or when it drops heavily for a few days, only to be followed by a bullish explosion.

It's Bitcoin. You never really know when to purchase and when to sell before it's too late. Best strat is hodling with DCA.

They are right, bitcoin is not for the weak hands because they are easily panicked by sudden decrease in bitcoin's price.
Weak hands or strong hands, if they already make one bitcoin trade, investment, they will do more. Weak hands will sell at bottom when they fear and buy at tops when they feel safe. They will repeat their top-buys, bottom-sells many times till the day they lose all capital.

Wrong place to spread fuds like this. Most people here already know btc well and experienced the 2018's crash. For me it is normal to have a correction like this, we've been hitting new ATH since the year began, I was shocked that it quickly increased when it surpassed the $20k mark. For me it is a good opportunity to buy now but I don't suggest going all-in so if the price goes lower you can still load up your portfolio and wait for the next rally again.
In bull run, dips are chances to buy more bitcoin. Don't invest in bitcoin and don't hold bitcoin if you don't believe in its future. To believe in its future, people must learn bitcoin basics: total supply, block reward halvings, decentralization, etc.

Crashes are not impossible in bull market but buy up the crashes if you have money. The crash in March 2020 is the last test for the bull run after the halving in May 2020.

No it isn't over we just had a price crash is normal in crypto it isn't always going to go up.
It is up to you if you want to sell it all every trader has their own way of trading there are some who would take advantage of it rather than selling their crypto.

But in the past it has shed about 80% of its value on several occasions – and that incredible volatility means investors can’t easily guess where it will go from here.

One crypto-exchange founder predicted a staggering rise to $300,000 per bitcoin by the end of 2021, followed by a fall of 80%-90% and a desolate multi-year “crypto winter”.

Whatever your view, there is no denying that these “boom and bust” cycles have been a feature of bitcoin’s whole existence, so some big ups and downs seem highly likely. In short, it will be a wild ride.

Thanks for this. If I may have been somewhat uncertain about the state of this bull run, now I am sure it's not over. The more this kind of posts the better for my state of mind.

I don't know.. should I pretend you are serious and advise you zoom out the price chart to see the big picture?

The statement is very solid and serious. If you are wrong, you will not bear any consequences, that is the whole problem. And if the market goes up after the correction, what then? While we are in an uptrend and correction. I don't see anything dangerous.

Dear newbie, if you really think that way then rush to the market and sell your bitcoin fast. We appreciate the weak hands giving us their coins at a discount. Wink

They are right, bitcoin is not for the weak hands because they are easily panicked by sudden decrease in bitcoin's price.

If don't believe in bitcoin, you will surely regret your action when its price pumped and make new ATH in the future.

Many people are scared of bearish market because they know that their money is decreasing but little did they know that if you look on the bitcoin chart, bitcoin is still bullish.
