Not much games to play for BTC, But you can play any game which has items or game currency, you surely can sell that for BTC or real money so It's kind of the same.

Yep, GoldenTowns allows you to withdraw in-game currency to btc/$/€, though don't expect to get much out of it. In fact, I'm probably going to stop playing soon, due to the infrequent updates and my lack of patience for the game - I'm just waiting for my last transaction to be processed (PM me if you want to buy my game account! I'll make it cheap.

To play Counter strike on hyper server you need to buy legal CS, so far there is no good sites for playing games and earn BTC a lot of gamers waiting to see good games with btc implementation so they can use skills to earn more BTC
playing Counter strike using BTC? Really? is it from Steam Client or there is another client to support CS with BTC?
anybody knows that DotA use BTC too for buying item? let me know
It seem's like this is something hard to ever make work. To make BTC playing games. Seems it really could only pay faucet rates and have ad's or something as you play.
