We are not down. A handful of customers are having lower hash issues.
And since we will double their losses, it's a perfect time for the the issue to exist

Hey everyone, we have discovered a bug in the way the UI talks to the blades and are in the process of upgrading the code. The reason for the delay in tickets is because our engineers are focused on fixing the code, rather then respond to each individual ticket. We can assure we are very aware of the issue, and will have the code updated for soon.
How do you guys access the UI?
I have 25 Mh/s hosted but when I log into their site UI is nowhere to be found.
My hashrate is also 9-10 Mh/s instead of 25 Mh/s.

Have this same EXACT issue and just opened ticket..
Pool hash rate in the 6 MH and should be 18+ MH
What is scary to me is there is no way the UI is currently reporting correct information..
Hopefully GAW is looking into the issues..
Open a ticket if you have not already done so.. They cant work support issues from this thread..
p.s. When did we lose the ability to restart our miners?
Yup I opened a ticket myself last night and you are 100% correct. Right now it looks like the UI is just using a false number instead of reporting its actual hash rate.The problem has been going on now, for me for at least 11 hours and counting. I am mining a new coin with a fast rising difficulty so this is killing me. I too am also only getting about 1/2 the hashing power I should
.A pretty UI is great and I love added features but stable hashing at the correct rate, with a UI reporting THE ACTUAL RATE IT IS SENDING TO THE POOL's should be a priority.

I am still waiting on my hosted miner to get deployed.. will report back but if that is the case then I will definitely get the units shipped and host it myself

I currently have a hosted blade, which performs excellent btw, and I'm thinking of buying one more blade.
Will I be able to point both blades to different pools? How will this work, will I get two UI logins or...?

I had a similar experience as above (where he missed out because they were overwhelmed and couldn't order)
I was ordering 25x @ the "Founders Club" $85 price, but it kept adding $30 shipping to my cart when I selected the ONLY available shipping method (Ground). I opened a ticket, and before I was contacted a few hours later it was sold out. They completely ignored the "Founders Club" portion of the ticket and suggested I order the 25 pack @ $102, which is priced even above the regular member sale price of $99.95 today, let alone the $85.
Oh well, better luck next time...
