Just so I understand.....the "Double your Hash" promotion applies to ALL orders or just hosted orders & from what date of purchase to the 4/26/2014 Huh

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the lack of updates. We have been busy bees Smiley

Here is a small sample of what we have going on:

-New Shopping Cart- Yes, we have outgrown ours again. We are moving to a enterprise platform to allow us to be able to offer highly customizable pricing, hosting integration, and more.

-New Hosting Facility- Most of our time has been dedicated to our new hosting facility. Who ever would have thought we would need 10,000 amps of power our first month in business? Smiley

-New Staff- This our largest investment. We are tripling our staff in the next week. This will help reduce response times, process more orders, and increase shipping speeds.

-New Warehouse- We are upgrading to a new, larger warehouse to handle our increasing volume of orders and stock.

-New Hardware- We are actively seeking new partnerships from new manufacturers. We have many things in the works and we are excited about the months ahead.

** Notable mentions: We sold more blades than any company in the world the last two weeks **

Indeed. Show them with your money! I think all business have growing pains as I'm sure they have had as well. I'm beyond STOKED about how they treated me. I will be purchasing more units next week.

I want to say I have been VERY happy with GAW.   Customer since March 21.      These guys are working very hard and I just wanted to give a shout out to them for the hard work they do and let them know their customers do appreciate it.. 

Not sure if we tell them this enough..   Smiley

When you log in, there will be an item only accessible to you which has (members only) in the title. It will have the already discounted members only price.

Yes I know that but under the Members area there is only 2 items listed.. And none of them are Blades..

I received a response stating it was shipped 4/21 although UPS site is not reflecting that.  We shall see what happens...

With the "Founders Club" you should be covered under the "Price Protection" bullet point.  Maybe GAW can shed some additional information as to what is covered for Buy-Back and Price Protection.

Mining LTC it's $14 /day per blade you'd earn, even if the price drops $200 in 2 weeks, it's break even.  If it drops $300 next week then hopefully GAW's Price Protection will come through for Founders Club members.  To say they offer all these benefits is one thing, but to actually follow-though would be another.

I have faith they will follow through..  And they will give us more Info on it as time goes by..  They VERY busy right now..

And I am a founding Club memeber..  GAW posted back 2 or 3 pages of what sounded like that Club members wanting it hosted would not have to wait until May 02.. So yes I need some clarification on this too..     Said something like "Club memebers would be up and hosted this week"


GAW could you confirm if I would have to wait until May 02 or not?

Can our gridseeds hosted with you be rented by a service like Betarigs?
Yes, I rent my hosted Gridseed Blades on Betarigs just fine. The only downfall is the lack of visibility/information you get with hosted units.

Thank you very much for the info.

I think soon GWA Miners will provide a portal to manage the hosted gridseeds.

Restart option is finally back there!  Now if I can only down clock miners (or maybe units with 20% HW errors could be replaced?)

I think its nice they are first preparing the ground instead of selling without good support and quality after.

I prefer to lose the Double promotion to have a 1 year of "crap" hosting after purchasing it.

Wow that's too bad you changed the dates on hosting packages so they no longer get double rewards  Undecided. Was about to buy and then noticed these do not go online until the day after .. Unfortunate.

Unless you're still going to offer that to those packages?

Hi, clear up any confusion you may be having - over the weekend we completely removed our hosting options because we were dealing with many internal issues we were having with our hosted miners and were fixing and upgrading everything. Then, we decided to re-enable the hosted options but only allow activation at a later date to give ourselves ample time to fix all the issues and be prepared for a large increase in our hosted services for our customers.

You may still purchase miners to be shipped to your home which we will gladly double your hashing power for. We apologize for the minor inconvenience and can assure you that the decisions we make are based on our ability to continue serving our customers with the utmost service and to meet your expectations of our brand.

This is why we run promotions like Double Your Hash and also release programs like the GAW Loyalty Rewards and Refer-a-Friend.
