And, as someone on HT pointed out, if the giant laundry list of fixes is ever done to Paycoin it would basically be just a pure Peercoin clone. Can you imagine how healthy Peercoin would be if the millions of dollars sunk into Paycoin by investors (and promptly pocketed by GAW/Josh) was instead put into Peercoin? It would probably have taken the #2 spot in the Market Cap list from Litecoin and perhaps really be on a jet rocket to the moon.

Wrong. This is typical reasoning used by a pathological liar. Everything this guy says is a con job. If you dissect that single sentence it is not only trying to justify lying (Everyone else does it, so it is ok), but also pleas for both camaraderie  and sympathy from the people who are being lied to.

I have seen this sort of thing a 1000 times with scammy stocks, even though this crypto coin is no stock, so far it and Josh are following the script with predictable moves. Every morning I check the SEC enforcement page to see if the SEC has filed additional actions, now GAWS has a new CEO? I suspect SEC actions are near, probably this week if I were to guess.

Yup check that off the list, front man and savior of GAWS is in place, I dont know Mr Dorman but I suspect he is being inserted as the new CEO to appease the soon coming SEC actions. Perhaps he is a good guy? perhaps he is dumb as a bucket of rocks? I wonder what he will do when the subpeonas from the SEC start arriving? Will he cooperate with the SEC pay the fines and promise to behave in the future or will he joust with legal windmills and loose a bunch of money on legal fees and still loose?  

Anyhow I am digressing, so if Dorman is the new hand picked front man (CEO)? If so you can bet Garza still has alot of ownership and will be involved. I wonder if he will do a "spin off company" or GAWS subsidary? Seen that tactic many times before also. Wont work, so dont bother with it... Joshypoo!

I wish Joshypoo would think up a more interesting and original tactics for his scam, what he is doing is highly unoriginal. Cmon Joshykins tighten up be like Madoff or Enron or even BRE X (they threw their "specialists" out of a helicopter in Indonesia when the wheels came off their scam) So the end results wont be so predictable. Well there is one Oilex when their scam blew up the CEO went on a killing spree in Houston. That was a bit unpredictable!

Based on some posts over at GH, it looks like the plan is to shut Paybase (May 2) and ZenCloud (~June) down and have the coin completely detached from GAW.

I don't see how that proves anything other than a complete and total failure.

Even if you take his words at face value, it looks like he is totally inept as a manager, having hired all these bad people and/or having driven them to the point of total meltdown. But it looks like he's going to build a perfect business soon, with the single most trusted employee, genius superman himself.

Looks like northern AZ. My guess is probably on 160 , heading East, right near the Four Corners landmark turnoff (on your left). The higher, darker mesa on the far left in the background looks like Mesa Verde.  If the shot were wider, you would see Shiprock on the right. Real pretty up there in Navajo land, but some real crap weather. If it isn't cold and windy it is hot and windy, but generally windy and mostly very desolate and barren. So, yes, a good analogy for the current GAW staff.

Oh I'm 99% sure that's the case. But I also know that this 1% chance that the deranged lunatic might do something crazy can be scary enough especially for people with families etc. And I think those who are cooperating with the authorities and/or consulting with lawyers are probably being advised to keep quiet for any number of reasons, not just McLain's threats. Not my place to say what's right or wrong or smart or not, just an observation.
