post count declining... someone doesn't want to be on record? Thing is... that's too late...as if deleting anything here will stay gone if legal requires it?

Yeah, it's a waste of time really considering the agencies have likely already subpoena'd BCT and received all posts, and backups of deleted posts.

WTF is this supposed to mean? What misunderstanding, did they or did they not publish PR statements that the transaction was $8 million? And how did they manage to purchase ZenMiner without disclosing the transaction details to Eric, the supposed owner?

Following the publication of this story, GAW Miners issued the following statement in regards to the allegations made by Capuano:

"It is our practice to accurately value assets and equity in the event of a corporate transfer or purchase. As a general rule as practiced by most privately-held companies, GAW does not disclose its equity structure or the details of transactions to the general public or staff, nor is the company required to. Its unfortunate this misunderstanding took place."

lol, basically they are saying they can lie because they are a private company lol

I'd say it's a reasonable honest post/article/whatchamacallit, perhaps somewhat late though.

She knows how hard the shit is about to hit the fan, this blog post is nothing more than an attempt at self preservation.  If she had done this a month ago,  I would be much more receptive to it.

I hope that her role in this fraud is fully investigated by the alphabet agencies and that no stone is left unturned.  Don't mistake that blog as genuine remorse.

On another subject, this forum topic had 1252 pages a couple of hours ago, 3-4 pages are gone.  Anybody know why?  I'm hoping the vlad2vlad fuck has been banhammered.

Clearly a statement to placate HT, who will never question anything but will happily condemn Eric.

I does sound like it.

So, maybe 500K to Eric and a few million to some unnamed party for brokering the deal?  Or somehow put it on the books for the 8 million "value" after paying 500K for it - you ought to be able to generate great depreciation expenses that way, especially if you claim accelerated depreciation - your 500K purchase nets you 1.5 million worth of depreciation expenses for 5 years?  Sounds awfully like creative accounting - but since I'm not an accountant, I have no idea.

But isn't what Eric said that he never owned it and that it was never "sold"? (therefore couldn't sell it to them)

It now sounds like they transferred it from DBA #1 to DBA #2.........

Good luck making sense out of that statement.

I am unsure about a limitation by law, but most CCs have a limit, stated in the terms of service, regarding the duration. Usually the limit is between 40-180 days since the transaction. If you contact the provider, they will be able to help you much more. Best of luck!

i don't think there is any laws about it ( in the US). most companies give you 90 days, but some say it's 90 days from when you found out. I'd say go right ahead. I know of some people that have tried it and have succeeded
