I believe you will find that I said when paybase started buying at $20, the prices at all the exchanges would rise to that amount almost immediately as people arbitrage. It's called the law of one price. Did I guarantee $20, no.
So is PayBase supposed to start buying XPY coins at $20 per coin?
If so when is that supposed to happen?
If that is in the works then there's your primary reason why Garza would be buying up all the XPY he could get at these low prices.

I said I put 4 Bitcoins out of 100 in XPY cause I felt it was a risky bet and now you make shit up that I said I told people to put their life savings into XPY.

For the record I bought another 2 BTC worth of XPY today so I'm up to 6.
That's still not exactly my life savings. And I never said XPY was a guarantee, no coin is, not even Bitcoin.
All I said was that I buy coins which give me leverage over Bitcoin, coins which have better odds because of their names or because they are backed by people with deep pockets.

They just e-mail some legalzoom template or whatever signed by their lawyer-of-the-day... seen a few of those. Sometimes it's just some made-up threatening e-mail without lawyers, probably cheaper that way.

it seems that Garza now wants to separate GAW from Paycoin. Not sure if maybe that was the agreement he/they made with team paycoin...in any case, that's impossible to do. Plus, it is really not smart at all for team paycoin to try to create value for paycoin when Garza can just dump it all.
The Adam guy does seem to have a lot of money invested in paycoin, so it's in his best interest to see it succeed (though it's a conflict of interest as KC6TTR pointed out)
If I had to guess I would say it's related to the current SEC investigation.
PayCoin probably needs some [expensive and time consuming] SEC regulations and approvals while GAW doesn't.

A foundation is separate from the coin itself so the church could be used for the 503C status - which is not easy to obtain.
I'm not a lawyer but I imagine if the funds/profits were properly and openly funneled to the foundation and then legally used for non-profit operations then this loophole could be used which would save Garza and PayCoin/PayBase a lot of money which would give them a serious competitive advantage against other coins.
I believe GiveCoin has already set a precedent in this matter by successfully lobbying for and acquiring 503C status.
