So was thinking, Josh had been bigging up the buyback, everyone expected details to be made public on the 1st Feb but instead he says he can't announce because of legal matters.
This triggered a 50% fall in the price. I question what the real motive was behind not making the announcement? I'm sure Josh could have made up some sort of detail that would have satisfied most people and boasted the price to maybe between $5 and $10 allowing Josh to dump more of his pre-mine.
But he hasn't done this, why not?
I think there are two reasons.
a) He would have to declare the company bankrupt immediately as the company does not have enough funds to cover future liabilities.
and/or
b) Publishing details of the buyback could provide definitive evidence in a future court room that Josh intended to run a Ponzi scheme.
Any thoughts on this please?

That's a very small bag he's holding. He might have embellished the fact that he has enough to start a new company. Unless in typical Garzaspeak he meant he has enough to pay Delaware LLC registration fees for his next scheme and nothing to do with XPY.

I recently discovered that my HT account is active. I was banned but Josh reinstated my account temporarily just to talk to him about it. I refused as there was nothing i wanted to ask him and nothing I wanted to hear from him. Apparently he forgot to ban me again. I have a real good mind to go back into the trenches and do battle with bitcoin bar. He irks me in a way no other has in a long, long time. I realize it is not worth my effort but then again it might be fun.

How would i go about disputing the $200 in genesis I bought that were later converted to hashtaskers?
File a dispute (if you used a credit card) and tell them you were buying a tech device, but the company turned out to be a big Ponzi scheme. Credit card company will place a hold on the money. They will ask for proof, etc.

While I have less money than I had when I started GAW, its still enough to launch a new company. not counting of course 12 million in xpy, $10 million in cash, and 100,000 in bitcoin, (and a couple of corvettes and a few Ferraris ) but besides that Its been a rough ride, but I think I can swing a new company, Hold on to those xpy!
