I have to say that many of the users at gethashing are real fucking pussies. They have no problem discussing how fucked GAW and Paycoin is and what a failure it is and probable scam, but they don't have the balls to come here and admit it and admit that we were right all along and they were wrong. They had big balls when they came here and bashed us and demanded they were right and we were just either jealous, nervous or spreading FUD. I see there are a lot of users from here over there. I have zero interest in joining their new little safe haven for ex accomplices. Someone should ask them why they don't have the balls to come here and admit they were wrong and we were right. A real man admits his faults and owns his failures.

Attitude like this might have something to do with that  Grin

Nobody likes to be kicked while down, and that's what would likely happen to someone attempting to post here even with the best intentions. Aside from some "told you so" satisfaction that wouldn't do much good to anyone I guess.

Eh, they were living high and large and treating us like crap when they thought they were at the top of ponzi. Only when Josh fucked them over too did they turn on him. If he shared his ill-gotten gains with them, the19 would still be over there at HT consuming every drop of his bodily fluid from every orifice of his body.

I think this is his scam exit and I think he made more than he lets on.  Now he can let the Cantor Fitzgerald paycoin scam dwindle to nothing, blame the lawyers and the investors and walk away with the loot.  But hey, he's really sorry and he would totally do right by everyone if only he could.  But you know, lawyers, investors.

Josh is on the forum after a few hours - rambling random stuff, so i'll pick up a quick 0.5 btc worth, since I expect a small price bump by whatever bullshit he spews. hopefully I can make money from the scam.

At this point I thinks it's really hard to make some profit with this. It's too late, the announcements don't have impact in the price anymore, because nobody cares anymore in Josh. Who jumped in Paycoin knowing that is a scam but wanting just to make easy money is out since the Paybase's launch.

Hopefully you understand the difference between price and liquidity - otherwise the scam will make money from you in the scramble to get back out  Wink

I would not touch this market with a bargepole.

You think you can make money from this ?

bitcoin-bar is at it again but he is getting bashed by others. He never knows when the fuck to shut up, he never thinks he could even possibly be wrong  and antagonizes everyone. He is by far the biggest douchebag on HT now, bitoin-BAR NONE.

That's not my problem. I never went to their forum and lied nor badmouthed anyone. They came here and did that. They got their just due from me in return. I never was a mod or anyone with a badge at HT quieting anyone, banning anyone or deleting anyone's posts. The fact that i worded it as I did has no bearing on being a man and facing the facts and admitting your wrongs. Too bad if they would get beat up and kicked around in here. We started out to help the uninformed and all they did is attempt to silence us. As I said before I think they are still worried about the implications of the things they've said and done on HT abetting Josh's scam. They need to cover their asses regardless of how little they think they are at fault. With that being said, all they have to do is make a single post here admitting their wrongs and our rights and then leave. They need not read anything nor participate afterwards.

Sweet!  I love it when people jeopardize the attorney-client privilege.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10331147

Forced them to change the wording removing seeing emails etc. effect was immediately after that was posted.  Homero without a doubt sits here F5'ing to "see what they are saying about him". Paranoid punk.

Only the attorney has an obligation of confidentiality under attorney/client privilege. The client or his associates can divulge whatever they wish. Whether such disclosures are advisable is another matter.

Nope (tbf, this may very by jurisdiction).  If an attorney provides confidential legal advice (in the form of an opinion letter for instance) and if the client then reveals that confidential advice with a third party (shares the opinion letter), the privilege can be waived as to that subject matter (document). Here's a simple run down: http://www.northwestern.edu/general-counsel/faqs/privilege.html

Exactly.  The client can choose to waive attorney client privilege at his discretion. In this case by showing a screenshot of an email to Cyberlizard, that email is obviously no longer protected. That disclosure, as I said, may or may not be advisable but it certainly doesn't waive the attorney client privilege with respect to other communications between the attorney and client.

I suppose we're saying the same thing. I should have said "waived" the first time, that might have been more clear than "jeopardized" or whatever I said.

Exactly.  There's another copy Josh chose to waive attorney client privilege on that was sent to him by his legal team: From Josh's Legal Team
