Ya, I'm upset my tens of GHs Genesis won't be giving me that $1 per week. They need to "return" the hardware if they're going to shut it down.

Glad I sold all Scrypt miners for decent ROI weeks before.

CSV export seems to be broken, or still broken.

Over the last 5 days the number of outstanding coins has increased by 200k, i.e. around 40k new coins per day or 1.2m per month (10% monthly inflation). However, the more interesting fact is that this speed will only increase through time as 40% of coins are still not staking at all:

ps 10% monthly inflation if equivalent to more than 200% annual inflation.

Designed to fail.  But hey the next big announcement from Josh will fix everything!  We just need to stay enthusiastic and Josh will literally alter reality by his pronouncements alone!  Doesn't even matter that he couldn't spell nor understand a word like "pronouncement" to save his life.  He's just a misunderstood genius.

What are the odds that if Josh announces GAW is declaring bankruptcy that people on hashtalk will start a thread soliciting donations to bail him out?

The Scamcoats are coming!

I made the video Redacted  Grin Oh, I mean Team Peecoin  Cool

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1x45PPp2D1o&feature=youtu.be

LOL. My Dr. Gene Scott , Ricky "Buy Hashlets" and a couple others made it on that one. Nasty ? Poor Redacted can't decide where he stands I guess.  Cry  Who made the Empty Chair/ Josh Moon one? That is top notch work along with the Josh Toilet Dump meme.

I'd sure like to know the whereabouts and details of MIA CTO Joe "Zombie" Mordica.  His linked in profile leads to a dead website, which has a twitter account that hasn't posted in 2 years.

Few things

1. If GAW hired Carol, good on them. Should have done it months ago.

2. If she told them to shut down the miners because they're being sold as illegal securities (or some other reason) and they followed her advice, also good on them.

3. I doubt Carol would be too thrilled about the way this was announced, which gives me some doubt.  Maybe they have a first meeting scheduled (just a guess based on nothing but personal experience in knowing how clients/prospective clients sometimes speak w/o the appropriate precision).

4. Carol is a banking/payments/transactional attorney, not a litigator (this gives me some doubt about #2 - I don't think she's a securities attorney). She would not be helping GAW sue anybody - another attorney in her firm might, though (none of their litigators seem to have a defamation/first amendment practice, but I haven't looked that closely).

EDIT 1: How convenient - https://hashtalk.org/topic/30653/joe-mordica-resigned-as-cto/5 - Here are the three amigos (JG, E, and JM) hanging on the beach: http://imgur.com/HoUcZQh

EDIT 2: Obviously, there are major problems w/ this story from jg. What explains the similar shit storm w/ his teleco business?  See my last few posts if you need a refresher.

Second fake $20 floor anybody? Doesn't get better than this. Wonder when that place will be a Ghost Town and the Mayor will be in prison.

We need to start a pool, seriously.
But how would anybody make any money on bets say on the delay of the second floor? Everybody can see right through this fish Homero. I just wish he played online poker :p

Is there anything in there that allows them to cease mining operations due to low prices etc.?

Zeus at least had the foresight to spell it out a long time ago that this could occur.

I guess this would be under 10.2(6) unexpected operational difficulties.   Hard to operate a mining operation when you never owned one.
