I saw this in Suchmoon's sig and had to view it, but 2300 pages? Damn. Can't believe this thread is still getting activity today.

We gotta accept it guys, I took an 18 month break from Crypto because of losing on this and a few others. I don't even bother with cloud mining now, lol.

Genesis couldn't even give me sensible answers, I kept questioning until they stopped responding. They never did explain to me why my account claims I have hashrate but I never get a payout. lol. Whatever. They're all scams. Like most altcoins are.

I hope this becomes a class action. I wouldn't mind getting my money back. Pretty sure I have my wallet backed up and some old transaction records, but I've long accepted this money to be gone. Sure, it sucks, but like they always say.

Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

Does whatever excuse he fed you somehow make it so he isn't someone stupid enough to believe garza or scummy enough to spew his bullshit?

I'm having trouble coming up with a scenario that doesn't fit into one of those 2 groups, so whatever the excuse is, he isn't to be trusted/worked with in the future.

Yes. An excuse + evidence is the only reason it swayed my opinion and perspective.

When everyone is able or is lying to you, it can go beyond two groups of possibilities. Garza/GAW wasn't the only one lying to everyone.

It makes him self serving while trying to blame others for what he supposedly "had to do" at the very least. There is no excuse or blame for it. You can always walk away. Im not speaking to scott fargos's supposed real character but what he did was his choice forced or not he always had a chance to walk away. Unless he can show garza had a gun to his families head that forced it.

To say he was forced and is innocent whilst doing it is complete bullshit. He should own his actions PixelPowered. More to it or not he walked that path and should own the outcomes of his actions and not palm them to others. Your thoughts Pixel? How many lives would he have ruined that took his advice to heart?

My thoughts are that there's plenty of people and companies to hate or love from these events. Its dependent on their impact on your own life. I think a lot of people are going to be changing their opinions and allegiances once the circus continues and documents are made public.

Well, what would you call a "journalist" who takes money from both the CryptoCoinNews AND secretly, the subject of his articles, (Josh Garza,) while allowing Garza to dictate all the poorly re-written content?

It was a huge scandal at CCN.

Yep! He's a schill for doing it.

Just saying there's more to it. I hope either I, SF, or eventually the prosecutors get to share it publicly.

You make some excellent points.

I'm just going by the leaked emails I read between Garza & Fargo.

It took me a while myself to see Fargo's perspective as well and he shared some things that will be presented to clarify what happened.
People I also thought innocent initially, like Joe M, showed eventually who he was with the blackmail and his lawyer.

Something that eventually happened that surprised me is that some of the mods from HT, like nemesio , went on to make a real cloud mining operation at GetHashing.com that's still operating to this day  Smiley. I mine with them Bitcoin and Ethereum. It also helped that I live in the same state as the DC  Grin

A year ago though, nemesio was blamed with other mods as colluding with Garza. The mod chat log takes hours to navigate and I didn't expect most to have read it, along with the leaked emails (mind you these came out later). Nemesio and others showed better proof they were mining and it wasn't hard to trust math vs the current drama.

I like many others log in each to see the official print and manuscripts of the insanity which is Garza. It has been an absolute crazy ride learning all the ins and outs of this environment. A lot of stories to be told. Always trust the blockchains  Grin

How could garza force a "journalist" to publish anything?

He was a shill for a scam company, he's a piece of shit along with the rest of them.

Unfortunately I will not share what was told to me as it can effect people other than SF. I have asked SF if there is anything that can be shared publicly. When we last spoke it was in May. Until then I fully understand what your saying. I've fielded nothing that would convince me either. Please bookmark this and I'll be chasing this until I hear a reply.

I didn't know that bitmain had btc.com now.  Poor Homero.

http://themerkle.com/blocktrail-acquired-by-bitmain-to-bolster-btc-com-service/

Don't feel bad for Homero, he managed to scam Bitcoinist before giving up the domain:

http://bitcoinist.net/press-release-btc-com/

After that, Bitcoinist named Garza's blogging partner-in-crime, Scott Fargo, their Editor-in-Chief~!   Grin

Looking through the leaked emails and data. Garza lied to a lot of people and those he couldn't convince, he threatened.
After talking Scott Fargo myself, he was not only lied to, but things he didn't feel comfortable even publishing were forced by Garza.
Your welcome to your opinion or perspective of this. There will be evidence that shows up in court that shows the type of situation(s) that transpired with Scott Fargo and several other actors with this drama.
Additionally there are also moderators of Hashtalk that were blamed or thought to be with Garza. Some were and a lot of them said 'fuck off' to Garza. I suggest people read the moderators chat logs that was in the leaked emails package if your curious.

Most of the people that sided with Garza ended up with Adam/XPY foundation. Then what was left, went onto ION.

He's going all in on ion

I think they're all secretly OneCoin / OneLife scammers.

I suggest people take a moment to look over this scheme.
After watching it over the years. They've succeeded where Garza failed.
Getting kicked out of countries and having members arrested over the Mastercard failed deal didn't slow them down either.

You will be hearing about them more as they ramp up for their October 'doubling event'.
They have several promoters moving through the US and UK to promote it under various names because Onecoin/Onelife has an ongoing reputation problem.
While majority of us laugh at the type of shit they do on stage.
It isn't a joke to consider they'll be targeting your friends and family.

Please take the time to educate about what real blockchains do and look like.

Now back to Garza hatin'
