Has anyone actually spotted any new activity for Josh Garza on the web?  I haven't seen anything new in a while.  I've been looking too.  People searches, forums, etc.  Nothing new.  The last thing that nailed down his location was his visit to the basketball museum I think in Springfield, MA December, 2015?

For a meg·a·lo·ma·ni·ac, he sure is laying low!

typical Josh Homero Garza, Former CEO of criminal GAW Miners, scammer, now CEO of Vision Innovations http://visioninnovations.co.in/ - be very careful dealing with this criminal

I feel strongly that this is a stock photo from an obscure service, or one of his friend's legit job's office. They might sell tongue depressers here for all we know.

It is.

Ok, I get that it is a stock image but, can anyone explain this?

Bangalore, India. Apparently is where he might be. He has gone full TeamViewer call centre scammer?

It also appears to be uploaded in 2014. So, perhaps this isn't the site we are looking for.

but it's the email he's using. maybe an old scam project before he launched GAW

How about laundering money through someone blacklisted by US banks?

Homeland Security, anyone?

I'd argue that a good lawyer would say otherwise. It could potentially show that only certain branches of the government have jurisdiction over cases like this which could nix anything from the SEC.

Don't forget that GAW also took cash payments for their 'hashlets' as well as their Paycoin 'token', so the issue of bitcoin being considered as money is irrelevant.

Yea cash payments would certainty ding him, but if the judge in that case rules that Bitcoin isn't true money, then the bartering argument could be used in court for anything sold for cryptos.

Do not fud. They did not except paycoin because it was too valuable. Only bitcoin and fiat is expected.

Saw this earlier today, its quite possible he is biding time for rulings like this in order to weasel his way out of his transgressions (or at least not receive as much punishment).

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/florida-judge-to-rule-if-bitcoin-is-really-money-tomorrow/

Even if BTC was suddenly re-classified as money, not a commodity, that changes nothing in Garza's case. His charges stem largely from securities fraud, not from something intrinsically related to bitcoin, paycoin, or any other virtual currency. As the filings say, this is an age old crime, simply dressed up in modern technological clothing.

Not only did GAW leave all their directory listings open, how embarressing, seems they are also selling the coins in the ICO for $2 and claiming now $100 a coin.

That's even more embarrassing.

You have to wonder how people like this think that the future will not catch up to them.  They think that no one can touch them and to an extent they are right.  There are few people willing to go after them and prosecute them because then they have to admit in a court of law that Bitcoin has a value, the same as that of a real currency.

This is true!

Just visualize him squirming somewhere.

Not having his adoring fans must be a total buzz kill for him.  Life is so dull without Muggles to victimize.

Carlos on probation...

...it's just a matter of time.  In a few months we're gonna see some epic charges filed!
