@buckrogers yeah it's discusting they really are hurting everything that has to do with crypto.

Simple things make people happy.
FAQs, Costs/Fees, Payouts
XPY Tips PDaffyVfp5pUyHrP9o9BUdEkUFfxyWfaxJ
BTC Tips 1DaffykYjohRjqVYMcGjgHgqBokBUekSH6

@daffy whats really hurting crypto is the lies josh told me to get me to get involved, will set a floor at $20,will buy your xpy at $20 up to $700 a week. You can buy at amazon walmart etc.You might shout Josh is the second coming on hashtalk but you are hiding the fact your selling off your account like other admin/mods on there but lie about it.Like josh your are just an out and out liar but the fact your admin you know about the scam and will go to jail with him.Better tell the wife you can lose your house over this when you are all sued

So where is your proof that I'm selling my account? Can you prove it? No You can't so what am I supposed to say to that? I can not prove that I'm not selling my account. But I know the truth.

What is really hurting crypto is all the people that go around acting almighty and accusing everybody that the THINK are doing something wrong. GAW is not a scam and never will be a scam. They promised stuff yes and they could not deliver does that make it a scam? No it does not it just proves people make mistakes.

Is that what you really think? They just promised things and just made some mistakes?

What kind of pills are you taking?

The very definition of fraud is to present things as true when you know they're not in order to secure for yourself financial gain.

Josh Garza and GAW knew very well that there was no 100million fund, no plan to stabilize the price, no big investors, no Amazon or Walmart association, no nothing, and deliberately, purposefully and with clear intend of getting money out of the pockets of their customer-victims presented those things as facts.

Which part you don't understand?

Which part is disputed?

The financial gains GAW has accrued because of those deliberate lies?
That all of the above are lies published in full knowledge that they are false for the specific purpose of luring in their victims?

The burden of proof lies on GAW's shoulders. When I publish I have 100million to support the price and based on that declaration I'm selling fucking wallets for $16 a flop, don't I have to prove I'm telling the truth? And you call that a "mistake"?

GAW's customers were defrauded off their money because of deliberate lies and that is the very definition of fraud.

Josh has to provide solid, unquestionable evidence that:
1. He had indeed secured 100 million for coin support when he went public with this announcement
2. He had indeed secured Amazon and thousands other merchants for his coin when he went public with this announcement
3. He had indeed opened and funded accounts with all exchanges to support paycoin at the floor price he announced - not promised, announced
plus a myriad more...

Until the time such proof is provided, he is suspect of committing criminal fraud that cost huge financial loss to a great number of his customers.

Pathetic excuses like the NDAs and CFTC not letting him support the coin and words that are taken out of context and misunderstandings are just that: pathetic excuses targeting total idiots.

They do take credit cards, but at least with some measure of verification:

http://leaserig.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000075203-credit-card-acceptance-and-payment-polices

Seems right now zero verification at Homero's operation, is that even legal?  How about that money business license is there one for him in Texas now or wherever you should have it for your operation.

The impression they continually create is like a kid trying to stick a cube in the cube hole struggling and struggling and finally does it. Here they been struggling and struggling to keep their promise of CC payments trying everything and everyone, and now they probably lied to stripe to get one, they so proud of themselves, they forgot the fundamental license and verifications.

Cause once it is raised it will be declared BETA and the CEO never said it was live yet.  However half backed is the MO, they will shut it down after stripe tells them to, claim that something else forced them to close it, trolls attacking it, redditors hacking it, any old excuse, but there after gloat, see we did as we promised, we did provide CC payments. All for a day. Like the 30 second ceiling nearly realized. See but we did do as we said we would, we did meet the ceiling. All of 30 seconds that lasted.

Same story different day.

Full address of Paybase LLC in Texas:

Interesting, how did I miss that. Google maps shows it to be a house maybe even a church, more likely a gaudy home. Seems another company was registered to that address as well, whole area looks brand new, no neighbors when the pic was taken on google maps. Name on there is Matthew K Eden

http://www.bizapedia.com/tx/AIFX-INCORPORATED.html

ha, what do you know trails back to Leaserig.Net LLC

http://www.corporationwiki.com/Texas/Austin/matthew-kenneth-eden/37132714.aspx

Jonah R. Dorman's  buddy.

Quite the web these kids are weaving. For some reason  Roll Eyes

I think it's not that complicated. Mr. Dorman is GAW_GM by the way, and Mr. Eden is the head of QA if I remember correctly. They needed a quick merchant account and perhaps Leaserig already had one or something like that. I'd apply Occam's razor to this one. Location of the house or its condition probably doesn't mean anything, and it doesn't look any more like a church than any house on my street Smiley

Edit: just to highlight my point - the issue is not the obscure address, but the fact itself that the "largest reseller of mining hardware" or whatever it is actually needed to use one of their employee's address and violate payment processor's TOS to get this thing going. That is definitely something coinfire/coindesk/any self-respecting journalist should look into, there is a potential for some interesting discoveries. Find GAW's/Zen's past credit card processors, ask then what happened. Ask PayPal perhaps.

This guy was/is also one of GAW's "preferred" resellers....youcanmine.com I think it was but not 100% sure on that.

Keep it in the family huh (or in this case, weirdo church)!

It is like watching a live circus, one guy finally "gets it" and wants out, they swamp him with you will agree using a credit card is the easiest way for a new person to get into crypto ... a fee is something you should expect for something to be easier  whatever  etc. Holy Shit.

It's going to have value, that's all we have all been saying, no matter how long it takes our illustrious GAW team to get it right. If they were all Albert Einstein's, we might never get it, they would find an ethical reason not to do it!~

Been interested to see what the billing might be, what is the significance of this village of some 7000 people in Texas?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bastrop,_Texas

What's the purpose of claiming it is registered there?

Zenminer / Eric Capuano is based in Texas. Not sure if this has anything to do with Bastrop though.
Some third party merchant card services allow the "remote" client (i.e. GAW/PayBase) to specify their own vanity name to be listed as the debiting party. Although technically against Visa/MasterCard terms since it is suppose to be the specific owner of the merchant account's name, it happens.

Capuano's  linkedin says he is in, San Antonio, Texas, simple check shows this Bastrop is 1.5 hour drive from there. I wonder what is there.
