tldr: Paybase will have no debit cards, no bill pay, but there will be one feature nobody asked for. Will also "stabilize the market", whatever that means.

Paybase Version 1 (Paycoin Stability)
Hello,
I have had a lot of questions about bill pay being available tomorrow at launch, debit cards, etc.
Please review the timeline we posted (let me know if you do not have the link and I will dig it up). Tomorrow is not about cool features, its about creating market stability and liquidity. The first version of Paybase is focused on allowing users to easily move between XPY and BTC (FIAT to follow). Send the others, etc.
As the purchase of XPY start to flow through Paybase, it will stabilize the market. I know it does not sound exciting, but its the more important part to make all this work. The more confident people are in XPY, the more they will use it.
The backend engine is what we spent the most time on. It leverages all our buying power then moves between exchanges to help level the price. Essentially, it works like an exchange, but with the function of creating market stability.
Now that you got all that....here is the fun part: we are ahead of schedule on one of the most requested features. So we have some surprises in store for you. Tomorrow will be a day to remember. It will represent a monumental shift in the industry, it will make everyone in this industry have to work harder.
Good is not good enough. If we want the world to use Paycoin, we have to give it something it does not have today!
Wait, there is more - AMAZON!!! (or could be Nile, hard to say). Plugin or gift card?
The ability to convert to BTC has to exist. Its important to give everyone choice. That establishes liquidity for those looking to come in and out. We would have moved directly to FIAT, but thats more complicated (MSB, etc) but will be coming shortly (per the original timeline).
The most important part about this step is to create the base for al the merchants to tie in to. Its a cart and horse thing. There had to be something to link to merchants, so customers can use Paybase.
I do not want to spill the beans, but there will be a merchant already integrated in to paybase at launch. The biggest river in the world
