Because the people that lost real money (the few that there are) are scumbags who know that it will be easier to con other idiots out of money then get it from Garza, and the other people involved really actually lost small amounts and it isn't worth doing anything to get it back.

The 9/11 scam was the way to get anyone done, and no one did anything. It was the easiest fraud to explain to the general public and the Uncle Stu/Cantor Fitzgerald/9/11 trifecta would have generated lots of publicity and pressure to get some sort of refund.

Great work on exposing this fraudster and his non-stop lies. I am personally sick of seeing him and his scumbag cohorts and emulators like D. Allen Shinners continue their activities unimpeded. Thank you for putting forth the effort to keep Homero Joshua Garza from using something meant to showcase job skills as a vehicle for his fraud schemes.

Is it really possible this guy s still not in jail? I really have my doubts about the US legal system. If Homerto the criminal can run and stay out of prison, everything s possible.

Did anyone ever let him know about the email leak? It's possible that he doesn't venture into the cryptocurrency parts of the internet and has no idea of the email leak. If he doesn't know about the leak, he doesn't know how big of a mark he was for how long. He also needs the leak to know the amount of fraud in the 9/11 charity scam.

It just pains me to think that some übermark is still bankrolling him in some way.

On the other hand, he cleansed his social media of GAW, so he probably found out. I know it's hard to feel sorry for a guy who probably makes seven figures, but I kind of feel bad for him. I mean, he thought GAW could buy Western Union. Sadness.

I'm amazed he didnt simply burn the place down. I seem to recall some pic posted of his stacks of gridseed orbs and cheapo power supplies and spaghetti wiring
sprawled all over the living room floor with him and his kids  playing a "lets build a mining farm game!" or some such ridiculous thing.

That's some pro-level degeneracy right there with the Garza's. Absolutely, despicabley shameful. They can't get pancaked by falling space debris soon enough.

Read the doc... lots of stuff. Big items were damaged flooring, pool etc. Obviously landlords tend to embellish these things but still Garza seems to have an impressive ability to fuck things up.
