Happy 6th Anniversary of Homero-Josh-Jaden Garza going to PRISON!

May he go again soon, and for good. 🙏🤞🙏

 https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/spotlight/one-scammer-less-court-imprisoned-gaw-miners-ceo/

As I mentioned before he is making $30,000 a month and paying 10% or $3000 a month as restitution.  Has anyone ever received any of this restitution money?  I have no clue how restitution works, but you would think it would be paid directly to the victims equally.

Appears that every month his 3000 is divvied up between all the victims and is distributed monthly.

This is what I was told from the US Attorney's office.

"The total you are owed is $1,8XX.XX, however there are many victims in this case and the total owed is in the millions.  Garza has been paying $3,000/month towards the total, so the repayment process is very slow.  The first check the court tried mailing you was in September 2023 for $25.XX, which was returned.  Since then, we have collected a bit more, so the amount they are holding for you is $43.XX."

Maybe Jessica needs to get back on Onlyfans and make some big cash for Homero.

At the rate he is paying back, it will take 42 years to recoup my loss.

Some fresh pics of Homero and his clan. Looks like he's put on a bit of weight.  Cheesy

Couple of genetic malfunctions there Shocked they look old enough to google for themselves now.  Genuinely wonder what they've been brainwashed with over the years.

Is that a couple pics of Tito & his tramp a few pages in? Graying quite a bit there.

At the same time Uncle Stu & Co. NOW going all in on BTC.

Pity they don't have a close insider in crypto to guide them along....oh wait  Roll Eyes

Thread-puller extraordinaire
I registered today for one reason....I'm a property manager and the Garza's (Jessica & Jaden) are wanting to rent one of the properties I manage.  I've been reading a lot of bad stuff about them so obviously I'm a little hesitant about this.  Anyone know if the Jessica Garza of Nomad Internet is the same family as the Garza that got in trouble around Paycoin?  If so, should I be worried that they wouldn't pay the rent and would try to scam the company for some reason?

And yes, I realize this sounds incredibly naive but I've never had to deal with this type of situation.

Yes, you should rent to them, but first wire the home like "Big Brother" and sell the livestream.  Of course, you can choose to accept Paycoin and Bitcoin.

*Chef's Kiss*

Fantastic suggestion, Ser! Can you even imagine the LOLs!

You know what, fuckit, rent to them and TELL THEM you're gonna make them stars and wire the home up like Big Brother, I'm sure they'd love to be watched 24/7!

Yes they are the same people. "Jaden" is an alias. His real name is Homero Joshua Garza or Josh Garza.

You can see his real name in the court docs here:

https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/images/press/Nomad%20Internet%20Judgement%20Signed.pdf

Then google "Josh Garza + Paycoin"

Absolutely 100% DO NOT rent to them. There are old court documents in this thread about how he physically destroyed an expensive house him and his family rented, skipped rent payments, then sued the owner.

You'll dodge a major bullet by having nothing to do with any of them.

LOL, this thread is still alive?! Remember the good old days when many believed the $20 floor price? Or the easy mining hashlets was it?

Ah... PayBase Honors $20 Paycoin™ https://web.archive.org/web/20150112061037/http://blog.paybase.com/paybase-honors-20-paycoin/

I remember the price reached $20 for a brief moment and dived.

"GAW is gonna make me so fuckin rich with this U$20 floor."

This is such an iconic thread. If I had more time I could probably read several more pages.

On the other hand, I have won hundreds of easy fiat from claims on this site: https://topclassactions.com/  and they pay off much faster, as all the legal judgements have already been adjudicated.  GL!

I wonder if the bags composted too quickly or not quickly enough.

Some day Homero's kids will say, "we had an amazing childhood with huge houses, pools, hot cars and toys.  Too bad our parents made their fortune by cheating thousands of people around the world, and by making porn videos."
"Weird Christians," indeed! That's what they wrote and shared about themselves a few years ago.

And speaking of class action suits, here's what victims of a Google privacy breach were awarded.

 Drum roll, please!!!

Here's what my online privacy is worth....

More strange things.  I didn't realize, but a part of the settlement with Texas includes a lien on this vet clinic address worth $2 million.  https://www.countryhillsvet.com/  This 1 million dollar property has to be where he lives with the giant pool.  2469 HILINE DR BULVERDE, TX 78163  He also bought a $230,000 2 acre lot nearby.  Maybe Jessica's dad needs an upgrade.

I do find it incredible that he is still able to do all of this while under probation. I would hate to think it is nothing more than putting everything his wife's name or a corps name that he can so easily bypass his conditions. Makes no sense. We need a reporter to contact all the parties and probe into it. His probation officer's name is right there in the doc posted.  All the attorney's for TX state are in the other post along with their email addresses. How can a convicted thief be let out of jail only to steal again and again. How?

Here's a list of his main scam operation's real estate dealings.  Even in this there is a pattern. Multiple shitholes it looks like. I mean what real estate there can cost 60K exactly?? Trailers in trailer parks? Definitely looks like he's hiding something with so many low priced properties or something suspicious. Money laundering?? I wonder if it is related to that South American bitcoin for property operation seen before that he was involved with.

https://www.realtyhop.com/property-records/search/jappa-and-jaga-management-llc

Probably cried and whined to his probation officer that "the trolls are out to get him".

There seems to be a disconnect between his old crimes and his new ones.

Maybe the IRS has got more teeth than these courts?

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/how-do-you-report-suspected-tax-fraud-activity

Maybe they need a tip-off to investigate and deep probe all his dealings. If he can cheat the courts, jail, his probation officer, the public, can be damn sure he's cheated the IRS as well.

That is pretty interesting and not lessening your findings, but I think what we are seeing is just the tip of the iceberg on what is really going on.  $30,000 a month!  That's pretty impressive straight out of prison.  He made some good business connections in there.
