Wysteria Jackson — 1 starI want to preface this review with the following: we have had GAW high speed for a year the 20th of January 2015. I am leaving this review Jan. 1, 2015. Customer service has been ridiculously poor and that is why I am leaving this review (they have made nearly zero attempts to help us solve our issues aside from stopping charging us for a phone service we did not have (after 6+ months). So here goes.
We went for 6+ months being promised a phone plan and being charged but NEVER sent the device.
Since the North East tech quit this last summer (2014) there has been no customer service aside from a few emails after threatening to contact the BBB.
November and December we have been out of service at least once a week for at least 4 hours. Usually it's several times a week and sometimes it's for 6-8 hours or more.
Customer service is non-existent.
As of 12/30/2014 our streaming devices think we are outside the US. Our bluray player removed Amazon Prime and Pandora and our Wii tells us "these options aren't available for those outside the US."
When it works it's great. Unfortunately that's starting to be the exception, not the rule.
