on a lighter note. never a good sign if you cant withdraw your BTC:

skyecraft is getting paid by BTCLend to work on tech stuff like blockchain explorer and even he is getting persuaded that this venture is hilariously stupid. if we ignore the fact that all closed source coins have instantly died, there seems to be some additional flaw(s) in the actual coin code  Grin

First time poster...

After this is coming out about Allen and Paul's comments...  I'm starting to think about the lawsuit, details around it and the data collection.  If that is a scam in itself and these days, we can't rule that out...  imagine the power of that data.  All the paycoined providing their real identities, losses and transaction data.  Not to mention the requirement that everyone contribute a % of their total loss as part of the legal retainer fees.

Can you imagine, the people who lost the most would be required to contribute the most towards the legal retainer?

I admit, I bought Hashlets in the beginning and it was fun.  Then the whole paycoin thing and hashing points was pretty sketchy...  I remember calling it out in HT and someone responded with "how can you complain about this wonderful gift HG is bringing to the crypto world, you should be grateful" something to that extent.  I originally participated in Allen's GAWsuit but I ended up (thanks to this thread and a gethashing thread) getting my money back via chargeback and have been following this thread in hopes that LE finally bring the gang down.

Everything on all of these websites is a scam itself. All the scammers split into new "teams" and convinced the idiots that it was all Garza's fault when that is impossible. Who should the sheep follow? The interim CEO of the company with no business model? The guy who ran that data center that didn't pay bills, customers, or have the hardware that was "rented?"  Other groups of people that were stupid enough to get conned by the others?

The Scamcoats are coming!
Wow. One has to wonder what names are blacked out here:

Looks to be either 4 or 5 names. Any guesses??

The following references to BCT makes me think Mr HellsGremlins little visit here the other day showing those screens offering to do some Dirty Deeds for Josh and he accepted is related somehow.

i woudnt be surprised if Joe has derivative use immunity for providing evidence for a criminal case against garza & co. since he was the top tech guy knowing everything, this would secure his freedom from any charges at all

Him not ending up in jail doesn't mean anyone else should be in business with him.

He ran the data center, the main hub of the scam and fraud. The only way anyone who lost money on any of this should touch him with a 10 foot pole is to beat him with it. He was either in on the fraud or too stupid to realize the fraud that was right in front of his face, don't really care which one it is, but neither result leaves in someone who should be trusted with anything.

I'm not criticising you Suchmoon, nor am I trying to imply that you need to do anything hasty. It was just my take on how this is playing out. You do as you see fit, and I will too. You made it clear to Allen what you thought would be coming his way and he made the decision to dig in and defend his position , instead of realizing the error in his chosen path and fixing it.

This definitely was not a witch hunt for Allen, far from it. I figured that he was just an affable idiot who thought that some guys running out of his bank with bags of loot and masks on just needed a ride, so he is giving these nice boys a ride across town to another bank. Now these guys are robbing the next bank, and they have Allen outside holding a sign trying to get more people to go in and get robbed.

That changed in the last couple of days though, as he has started rationalizing what he is doing and defending the crooks he is driving around with. At that point you are no longer innocent, but part of the gang. That disgraceful and completely uncalled for doxxing by Allen is by far the worst thing he has personally done by far, in my opinion as well. It clearly shows that not only are the obvious and blatant crooks he has partnered with are not trustworthy, but that he himself is not to be trusted. I keep saying this, but I really am shocked by all of this. It is way off of the charts despicable behavior from someone pretty much universally viewed as the Moral Compass of the Paycoined.

I do not like the title of this thread, one name is missing, as well as one new company.

Maybe. Suchmoon was uncomfortable with following this line of investigation when I started it. He posts on GetHashing quite a bit and is friendly with many in that camp, including Allen. I was uncomfortable following this myself, and figured the trail would most likely go nowhere and I would end up just looking like an ass for pursuing it, but that has obviously changed. I never would have thought that what is happening right now was going to be how this worked out.  I figured Allen MUST be a Dr. Jekyll/ ForrestGump. Someone who can eloquently orate  endlessly on business principles, as if he were reading from a textbook, and then see Lt. Dan on the dock and run off of the back of the boat like a damned idiot. That is how it looked to me at first, but now it is looking more like he might actually be a Dr. Jekyll / Mr. Hyde. It still hasn't really sunk in yet.

P.S: Welcome aboard, lthiumis.

Give me a break, I just recently added BTCLend and LNC, the title is not unlimited and ALWAYS MAKE MONEY has to be there Smiley

I don't know about this BitLend thing yet. I think I'll edit my OP to add a short paragraph and a link to BitLend's thread.

Publishing Boki's private information is the part I dislike most about this so far. I don't see any reasonable way to justify that and I made that clear to Allen as well.

Quick questions for those who have kept up with the XPY circus.

Who owns BitLend and is BitLend fully launched and are they going to be using XPY and if so then will it be exclusive?  Thanks!

WOW. Allen has completely gone off of the rails. Still trying to rationalize what he is doing, too. FAIL.

P.S: If someone had suggested what is now coming out about Allen  to me a week ago I would have laughed. Now I am just shaking my head. Unreal.

yeah, it's kinda strange... but on the other hand, what do you expect of a Payconner? they wake up one day and start scamming, that's how it is.

Maybe Allen will suggest some rebranding of PayCoin => AllenCoin. In this case I am sure we would have next runner with bitpops AlienCoin that he would create Smiley.
