Completely agree.  If the funds are handled inappropriately or not above board it would be unacceptable and fraudulent.  They incorporated this through Hong Kong so i don't believe its subject to US security laws.

Wouldn't it just be easier not to hold customer funds?

They would be able to steal if they didn't hold the funds would they?  Fucking thieves.

I don't trust that lying, scamming scumbag church boy as far as I could throw him. Him and Josh used the church to feign legitimacy. I really want to know how the fuck he got all the money for the 3 PC's. I call bullshit on friends and family. I hope his Stuper-church gets audited and we see how much he embezzled. And I meant stuper. They are all a bunch of ignorant, weak minded hypochristians throwing their money at "leaders". Josh and Adam want to be those "leaders".

Hypochristian
People who act holier than thou and are just real scumbags. They lie, cheat, steal, and adulterate then go to church on Sunday to make themselves feel better about fucking people over.

Did you know Chris our kids youth pastor had twins last week? Yes I do. I also know he has been fucking the new secretary at work in the break room. Seriously? What a hypochristian!

To be honest the god in the old testament was cool, a pissed off straight up bad ass deity, always killing and breaking stuff... piss that deity off with some scammy crypto currency and you could have pestilence, plagues, dead shit all over the place along with all kinds of "god is not happy stuff going on". The chill new testament god is pretty forgiving so you have a bunch of hypocrustiations that arent afraid of a little sinning and making some illegitimate gold and silver crypto coins!

Yes I caught it but the autocorrect wants to call them hypocrustations... so who am I to question it?

Seems unrelated, but why does this reek of Ganza...

https://hashtalk.ch/topic/37694/miningsweden-pictures-videos-and-banners

seems to be an awful lot of effort trying to prove they are honest...  makes you wonder what they've got to hide... Smiley

1. The company is registered in Delaware (as was GAWdy Corp and the rest...)
2. Invite for VIP investment (payout in a year and years to come...)
3. Can't find the details of the company registration or actual details rather than the images, etc..
4. The dubious connection with Paycorn...

 Huh Roll Eyes

and badbitcoin doesn't see any problem with a supposedly Swedish mining company registered
in Delaware?  And a single contact there with just a first name?  Seems a similar setup to cloudminr.io

It's for the children!
Yesterday it was Texas. They replaced Texas with Singapore and didn't change the date. As if nothing ever happened. So you sent funds to Texas yesterday, now suddenly it's Singapore. I'm sure e-mails are going out now to notify existing customers that their dispute resolution jurisdiction got moved across the globe  Grin

I'm sure they will actually, Matlock seems to be taking all of your advice to heart.

Wait, that edit happened after May 2? You just posted yesterday?

Hello,

Interestingly, #GAWMiners and #mineral went invite only yesterday on Freenode and you cannot send to the channel.

Anybody know what that is about or why?

Kind Regards,
-Chicago

It would appear they have swapped to #XPY.  Join that and ask @heathkid he should know what is going on.

Its BCTalk... everything gets picked apart.  And if its related to XPY it is practically in a no win situation.  More over i don't see any Incorporation number right now being supplied in any form.  So why is it not being picked apart right now?

It's the first time I'm hearing about HK and I don't think anybody here has been aware of that particular red flag yet.

I've been mostly interested in the financial side of it so I blame everyone else for not digging up the corporate entity information (or lack thereof).

Its interesting they took the HK route rather than the Singapore Route... keep your eye on Singapore there will probably be some sort of Garza "proposition" popping up on it, in the near future, when they can afford to.

I hate to break the news... but what is being done is nothing new its called the "Straw Man" strategy. This is why the SEC is having to move slowly the more they poke the rats nest the more the rats run out.

Yep, and the same pack of rats that was involved in the execution of this scam from day 1 is still running things. They just split up and built their own nests and now claim to not be rats. And, of course, they all point fingers at the other rats and say it is THEM that are the real rats, when it is perfectly clear that ALL of them are rats from the same pack. I also do not buy that the Head Rat Homero is no longer involved. This exact exit strategy of distancing himself (in public perception anyway) from Paycoin was called out by myself and others many months ago.

Well I dont think some illiterate high school drop out like Joshypoo could dream up this scheme... he is just about dumb, ego driven and greedy enough to agree to be the fall guy and puppet, for whoever is orchistrating this. This is why I am watching the Charity so closely... if there is no 501c3 put together on US soil then they will be "renouncing their US citizenship" if they set up a 501c3 then that is going to be the vehicle to bring the funds in... that is all I am going to say. Other than they seem to be recruiting Joshypoo clones... to take "partnerships" into the various, mining, marketing and other distribution schemes.

It will be interesting when the US and International authorities pull back the curtains on this Wizard of Oz production and disclose who the Wizard really is. The rats? Straw man distractions, made up of another level of fall guys. The achilles heel is everyone knows rats will turn on each other and cannibalize themselves if they are desperate enough. The authorities keep poking the rats nest... eventually they will turn and fight once each one is cornered.

Be on the look out for a US based Charity run by them... like I said that is the key to the pyramid.
