Well, to be fair, everyone knew GAW/Hashlets/XPY was a Ponzi right from the start. Other than the poor unfortunates who refused to even consider the plethora of warning signs that were literally everywhere.
So, no, Series Two will have to be far more flamboyant and entertaining as a coin project if it is to be worthy of our popcorn. I'm thinking the opening episode should involve Homero Garza tracking down Elon Musk and trying to get a selfie with him so he can claim they iz best buds and that Elon is down for anything The King wants to propose as a business idea.

IIRC, he had less than $20,000 liquid, and his "accounts" showed a negative net worth. Now, he could be in the black because of real estate equity (although he owes Fraser for that still) or hidden bit coins, but it's hard to go from partial equity in a couple of properties to a multi-million dollar loss.
That loss could only come from two places. He either claimed a great deal of equity in his business and overvalued it, or he took Paycoin's valuation at its peak and valued his holdings off of that.
This guy has never been worth close to a million dollars in any real way. As soon as he started selling his XPY holdings, the price plummeted, which is why you can't value large holdings off a spot price.

I know one thing for sure, these crypto scammers are starting to make the alphabet agencies look impotent. Garza has been able to perpetuate this entir scam under their noses, stash all his ill gotten gains in bitcoin and he has now fucked off to Dubai leaving the SEC to plead with him to come back to America to answer questions.
They are not fit for purpose when it comes to pursuing and prosecuting crypto fraudsters. This is obvious.
