The fork to reduce the stake rate to 0-10% was waiting on the identification of the owner of the 15 controllers or a consensus to blacklist them.

They are never going to reduce the stake rate because the only method to make money on this scam is to dump coins created out of thin air. Anyone trying to find a new way to make money is going to be fucked by that dumping, and the people doing that dumping have no incentive to do anything else.
Maybe that's why so many people were saying this wouldn't work from the start.

Josh really needs to stop talking. He thinks he's helping but he just keeps digging himself deeper.
It isn't hard to show a loss when you have 50 different companies constantly passing money and coins back and forth via shady deals that don't benefit anyone.
Where was he to be "actually already back?"
And of course, as always no semblance of an explanation of how any of these "companies" are supposed to make money (besides the obvious of selling coins that they created out of thin air)
