We don't know how much BTC Garza extracted from GAW. He potentially could live off of that for years.

He may have given away his XPY authority in order to bitch about it later and get his investors' enforcers off his back, but if you remember the emails, he was constantly looking for places to flip BTC into USD after Buttercoin rejected him and Coinbase cancelled his account. For all we know, he could be pulling $1000 a day from Kraken, Cryptsy, etc. by flipping his BTC reserve.

Or he could be penniless and living off of whatever credit he has left. It's hard to tell. I guess we just shouldn't assume Garza is powerless. Heck, he could still have access to Fraser's funds, although Fraser would have to be an idiot to have not cut Garza off after the email leak.

Just like he used to do as a kid, with crocodile tears in his eyes to his mother ' you believe me don't you' and later in life to his wife ' you believe me don't you' all the while, while snickering and giggling inside 'hahaha I fooled them all as I always do, I am the king of the castle'.

Sociopaths get a thrill from deceiving and manipulating others. It is just a game to them.  Something to ease the boredom.

Anyone with a real profile on hashtalk.ch should be scammed until their asses bleed. Pure stupidity to be a part of this.

How the Fuck can a CEO fail that hard?

O.M.F.G!  He's just the poor lambkins that got took advantage of?  WTF? Guess he was forced into those $2k/night hotels and $2k/day rental cars and private jets....

The fact is that he's a scammer and everyone who valued their freedom and their lack of criminal history took a pass... thus leaving him waving money like chum in the waters for all the other scammers in the ecosystem... it makes perfect sense that they turned on each other once the 'fresh meat' started running low. I bet Garza's willingness to scam at psychopathic levels is part of what makes Stuart Fraser of Cantor Fitzgerald so hawt for him... this is not their first failed business together and I doubt it will be their last.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy. - See more at: http://consumercal.org/california-online-privacy-protection-act-caloppa/#sthash.0FdRbT51.dpuf

Users can visit our site anonymously

We do not specifically market to children under 13.

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:
We will notify the users via email
