Mr Scam Muggle has finally admitted that he was scammed his last XPYs

https://hashtalk.ch/topic/37331/mineral-a-sad-story

Why should we believe any of that? It's much more likely that Garza's dissatisfied with a deal and wants to back out. We've seen this kind of thing a few times before, and each time Garza was lying. Why should this be any different?

I was looking at it today and it seems that XPY trade volume dropped way off a couple weeks ago... I could be mis-understanding what I'm seeing, but that would explain it that Garza had no more coin to dump?

But, I also think this is just a mis-direction, look for Garza to set up 'rogue' 'Valada' servers in 5, 4, 3, 2, ...

Sounds similar to things I've been saying would happen Smiley Scammed is a bit out of context.  Most likely Josh made offers by voice and email and then decided he didn't have enough control and refused to validate the trade.   If there are initial investors they are off the books Coin Fire report type investors.

Mineral......A sad story
Hello Community,

We have always wanted to be transparent. It’s been a desire. But that’s difficult when the options are weighted. Especially with all the trolling that has gone on. The lack of regard that lives are at stake. A lack of kindness and grace, let alone humility. Airing dirty laundry is hard, particularly when it’s stained. We could have done better.

Most recently, our staking address has been sought. It’s been more than a week and we’ve still been reluctant to provide it. Well, here’s why:

Phil Vadala, someone we trusted…asked for our trust…has taken the remaining 15 controllers owned by GAW and its investors.

The original arrangement to was to provide a loan to Phil, to help him out, so that he could launch the company Mineral. We believed in the service was being provided and decided to extend a loan (not equity), to help him. The loan was provided with a few conditions. First, was to see mineral develop a debit card solution for Paycoin holders, bill-pay, and deliver the premier accounts. Perhaps making good on what was the intent of PayBase. That's why we helped.

This loan was to pay for the development of the platform and to bring these features to Paycoin holders. It was widely known that we also provided access to the coin-swap software for Phil to build the mineral exchange upon. With the closure of PayBase we were excited about the prospect of these features still being delivered to loyal coin holders.

Phil offered to personally manage the companies 15 Prime controllers and coins, the goal was to use the future stake to provide the premier plans for customers and other initiatives. We believed in his integrity.

Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. As you have undoubtedly figured out, there is little to no support being offered at mineral.com. We have since learned that Paul has abandoned the support of Mineral, altogether, and did not complete the software development jobs for which he was compensated by us. And to make matters even worse, we have been told Phil did not pay the developers the money we gave him for that purpose…to pay his subcontractors.

The most drastic news is that Phil intends to keep the coins from GAW. Regretfully, these coins were made up of both company coins and the coins of early investors. In other words, real people are loosing.

We greatly regret recommending that you use Mineral.com, what we thought was a service provided by a trusted member of the community. We invested our time and resources into what looks like a scam.

We are shocked, to say the least.

Now, we are putting all our resources in retrieving the coins that are now at risk of being dumped at any time. We understand the risk this has put Paycoin in and take responsibility for retrieving the coins from Phil, immediately.

Regretfully, we have heard that other investors of the coins are taking extreme actions to retrieve their coins from Phil. While we do not condone extreme action, we do understand that many people are at the end of their rope and will do anything to hold on to the last bit of investment where they have their money tied.

We strongly recommend that you remove all your coins for the Mineral Exchange, immediately, and do not use the FastXPY service. While we know this is step backward, every discovery of bad acts perpetrated by those with no integrity or scruples brings up a step forward towards our goal.

Finally, I am asking the community to rise up and make a public call to ask Phil to return the coins he has taken to their rightful owners. It's time for this to stop. Failure to return the coins will likely result in more needless legal fees being spent and more disputes, not mention a waste of energy in trying to do the right thing, all of which we pay for. Every coin holder. All of us.

Most importantly, many of the investors that owned the coins were some the same investors that supported the new platforms being built for Paycoin. As an example, the HashBase development has been stalled. This system intended to bring back many of the elements of ZenCloud.

Wish I had better news today.

Translation: Josh has finally fucked over the last bit of XPY control he ever had.  Fireworks anyone?

P.S. Stole means something different to Ganza than to the rest of the world.

There is nothing wrong with the Bitcoinist article. Clear disclaimer at the top, and if the company in question wants to pay for it, there is nothing wrong with that.

Deepak did a good job of keeping things objective in my opinion.

People need to do their own research and go after the people that are actually to blame here, aka the Garza clan (or however you want to describe it).

I don't get this slovenly mental incompetence. It boggles the mind such stupidity.

It is a paid for fucking advertisement, Shitpak the Lawyer has no say whatsoever in the matter.

Or do you mean they sit there with the client working it all out ' hey you say this and I say this so that it looks like an article rather than a paid advertisement'  ' lemme throw you a semi-curve ball to make it look more real' ?

Just like that

The last guy who reported it to Stripe was sent a free Stripe t-shirt by the Stripe team for bringing the violation to light. So, whoever wants a free Stripe shirt can get one that way.

I hear they hang out on IRC.

Another thing worthy of note on the Paycoin Blockchain: At least 3 PC addresses are not playing along with the pretend rule that PC's must scrape stake to avoid (much) compounding. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/#!rich

Homero: The reporting was done in good faith and by proper reporting procedure by everyone.  I was on the call when it happened.  Your deflection, deceit and insults to the community, both this community and the XPY community, are completely unprofessional and uncalled for.  You do not get to rule as a dictator simply because your customers have entrusted you with their coins.  As of now you have broken that trust on many levels.

MrCEO is really going down the uberRetard hole. Is he seriously making these childish posts. Every day his UberRetardism is getting worse and worse.

People are responding with the types of ads they see.

1) Isn't this begging for ad views against every advertisers T&C?
2) How desperate for money are you when you have to ask people to look at your ads?
3) Now that hashtalk is "independent" why is Homero begging people to look at ads?

*On the note of forums and advertising: I voluntarily leave ads turned on here at bitcointalk to support the forum vs clicking the disable ads checkbox.
