I'm not in the loop per-se, but if GAW changed their name to this crypto private investor group, then they still managed to cock it up and send me unsolicited spam.
If however this company is a different entity, then they have shared 'personal details' and broken their privacy policy.
Are there laws against that in your jurisdiction?
Who is the reporting agency for that?
Do you have proof IE an unsubscribe notice and old TOS/Privacy policy which shows the violation?

It's interesting to watch Homero slowly and publicly move domains and site ownership around. Almost looks like he is embezzling/hiding assets/offshoring/trying to make all of his "stuff" harder for the government to seize. Does anyone think a competent law firm is telling him to move his domains to .ch vs him just googling "how to prevent my domain from being seized by the sec"?

Homero ignores the courts but courts wont ignore Homero. Next up seizing any corporate assets and if those assets have been disposed to avoid payment then he will personally pay.
I'll be curious to see what the court determines regarding assets!

Has anyone or group filed a legal claim or dispute against GAW and or associated paycoin, paybase, individuals, etc.? I believe that if the timeline of evidences were brought to a court of law for adjudication, the court would find ample instances of fraud. I would be interested in that battle but one I can't personally afford. -M
