Reading over this forum really reaffirms my decision not to frequent here.

Yes, this email conversation took place.  No, we did not end up doing any part of the idea.   This was long before any of the drama took place, and even then I was not comfortable with the idea.    

I have no interest in GAW and they have no interest in Cryptsy.

Reading over this forum really reaffirms my decision not to frequent here.   There is so much misinformation and out of context information that this has really become more of a tabloid forum than one that actually helps users and the community.

It's pretty common when faced with a question that has an embarrassing answer to just insult the questioner instead of answering.

A: "This is such a tabloid forum. There's so much misinformation. You're nothing but a blight on the community."

Regardless of whether a trader feels motivated to "do the right thing" and pull their coins from Cryptsy, at this point leaving them there is plain stupid. Whenever there is a sign of something wrong with an exchange it is usually followed by a sudden closure (read :HAxxorD!). SOMETHING is definitely wrong with this whole situation, and the Prime Cuntroller gift to Cryptsy is a sign of pure desperation. Cryptsy has obviously been deeply involved in the Paycoin scam right from the beginning and when it goes down Cryptsy probably will too. Anybody with a lick of common sense needs to get their coins out of Cryptsy immediately.

I personally think that the entire concept of an exchange being involved this deeply with an obvious scam is an affront to the entire Crypto Community. Having a "vote" to decide whether they are going to openly and actively take part in the massive fraud scheme known as Paycoin is a fucking insult to anyone with more than one braincell and an ounce of integrity.

The best way to cast a vote against this ridiculous conflict of interest , that may very well also be criminal, would be to remove ALL coins from Cryptsy. Fuck em. There is no shortage of shitcoin exchanges.

If you like the people in charge of your coins and your personal financial information to be directly involved in the largest Shitcoin Scam ever (Paycoin XPY), then keep your coins there. Also keep in mind that something is definitely wrong with Cryptsy, and if you decide to keep your coins there it is quite possible you will end up losing them, and when it happens you will be getting exactly what you deserve.

Crazy theory: The PC keys were released as a final pump attempt. Reaching the minimum number of required coins gives people a reason to buy the coin, thus keeping the value from plummeting for just a little bit longer.

Of course, it will crash harder now because of all the extra coins being generated, but this keeps it afloat just a little bit longer for someone to make a final dump.

Who and why got those private keys released again?

I was just thinking about the released 100% stake keys. It seems that the only thing stopping non-insiders from using these is the 125,000 coin requirement. When the XPY price hits .000008 BTC that = 1 BTC to have 125,000 XPY to make that work. At the current rate of price drop that should occur within about 2 months. Can you imagine most of the ~18,000,000 XPY that will exist by then being staked @ 100% / year compounded continuously since most people would not do the manual scrape every day? LMAO!

It needs to be done in order to create real value, I've been around these parts for this long and not going nowhere

I will be giving away all my PayCon I have accumulated over the coarse of being a part of it, the real amount will be closer to 900k or 15% of all PayCon. I'm giving mining back to the people.
