I have been watching this from the sidelines for a bit. Why did we accept the Prime Controller?

At the time we though getting the PC from the foundation would be a good way to protect the coins from the shenanigans. It is in our interest to ensure coins continue for both us, and our customers. I think Mullick has basically stated most of that so I wont beat a dead horse.

We are considering our options at this point as far as how to proceed, all the while addressing your concerns stated here. If you have an idea, or route you think we should take with the PC lets hear it.

Give it the fuck back, renounce GAW, delist XPY, try to pick up the tattered shards of your reputation. Are you guys deaf?

Mullick, are you/Cryptsy aware that Garza has been dumping hundreds of thousands of xpy on your exchange? And more importantly do you care?

We have filed all the paperwork we are legally required to about such transactions. It would be illegal for us to stop them

And yes we care. Which is why we wanted to stop at least one prime node from dumping its coins

Im not the person to talk to about those type of legal matters though. Thats another department

It wouldn't be illegal to just take the fucking coin off the market. You guys are like a Rite Aid rationalizing selling meth over the counter because it's suddenly legal. You know it's bad for everyone involved, but hey, it's legal. Who cares if the people buying it are cashing in their children's college funds and believing that it's going to give them the ability to breathe underwater/fly?

Exactly how far on the wrong side of this do you guys want to be? Delist the coin. There's no excuse for further trading it. You shouldn't list any coin where anyone involved with it is under investigation, first and foremost. You're acting as a direct conduit from scam to payout.

Stop. Doing. That.

Help me out here who is under investigation that is involved with XPY?

LOL

It's a serious question.

1. Delist XPY, because it's a scam coin.
2. Give pack the "prime controller" - because it serves only one purpose: to create more XPY for its owner.
3. Never touch anything made by Garza again.
4. Hope that the damage caused by Cryptsy's support of the XPY fraud can be undone.
[/size]

Yeah delisting is the only option.  Cryptsy even listing XPY anymore is simply aiding and abetting.

Here is what Cryptsy should do, John:

Maybe it's just me being slow, but I find this bit of information important:

Quote
Marshall Long is the CTO of Cryptsy

Mr. Long was featured in those leaked e-mails in extensive communications with Mr. Garza about Paycoin development. I believe his nickname was "pumpkin". He supplied a developer (named Brad - Cryptsy employee by any chance?) to Mr. Garza.

If that's all true it kind of puts Cryptsy's position in a very different light. Good luck convincing the "community" that it's for their own good. I would think that this kind of prior involvement should be preemptively made public and addressed appropriately. Or if it's not true it still needs to be addressed. Haven't seen any of that so far, just a lot of posturing.

Brad Chun:

Yes, I know. I am sure it is just a "Coincidence" that Carsen Klock was on the GAW Payroll during this time period.

Apparently this is the Brad we're looking for:

Brad Chun

One would think they would just check here https://github.com/GAWMiners/paycoin/graphs/contributors and see there is not a whole lot of coding action happening ... Anyone know who "Paycoindev" is btw? I'd totally trust that guy, he's super transparent by the looks. /s   Huh

Yes. I have it on a very solid source that Brad Chun of Butterkiss Consulting is paycoindev on GAW's Github and also responsible for the initial development of Paycoin.

Someone should ask Mr. Chun about GAW / PayBase / Paycoin since he supposedly chooses to work with companies and ideas to invest in that he believes in.

They didn't take it from Ganza.

Drink!

YOU SAID IT NOW YOU DRINK!!!!
Hopefully that is enough exc marks for BitJane I mean keysersoze.  On another note I think its cute all the cryptsy shills coming out acting as if they were just attempting to make a change in the whole paycoin landscape by "securing" one prime controller out of dozens.
