Heh, Garza actually accomplished a few things, whereas Trump has achieved nothing, which is good for us!

Of course, everything Garza "achieved" was FAKE too!

Hahaha, thanks, that made my day, I'm not alone after all?!!  Grin

How does that work anyways.  I guess the SEC is cracking down on many ICO's that are basically scams.  Just wondering why they are picking on poor Homero when you got Daniel Kaufmann with Neucoin ICO and ION coin with their "overseas" incorporation.  I guess NEUCOIN was in the Isle of Mann if I remember right.  We know who is running the shows at these coins.  Wonder how you enlighten the SEC and ask them what they think about these two coins? https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/new-sec-cyber-task-force-will-oversee-icos-blockchain-tech/

One can file a complaint with the SEC although they have this bizarre procedure where they first forward the complaint to the entity you're complaining about AND they won't tell you if the complaint triggered an investigation. Anyways, I think the problem with most ICOs is that "investors" don't want to rock the boat unless they're blatantly scammed and by then it's too late. I would expect some action on some of those scams though... it's not quick, remember how long it took for the SEC to get to Garza - more than a year until the case was filed (Dec 2015) and we wouldn't have known about the investigation until then if not for the leaked e-mails (Feb 2015 or so).

DOJ in Hartford, CT brings the ultimate BAN HAMMER down on Homero sometime in January & he goes straight into custody.

FBI is still collecting victim statements, yo.  Get yours in TODAY! Sentencing will vary depending on number/ severity of victim statements.

SEC is still investigating / litigating: https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2017/lr23885.htm

oh yeah...forgot about the yoBituary.
the exchange for all dead and/or scam coins.
all that yoBituary xpy trade history is no doubt a couple of long time idiot bag holders
with a gazillion worthless coins buying and selling to themselves hoping to catch the occasional
noob sucker to dump a few cents worth on. Sad really...actually no.....

It amazes me there are still people trading XPY.

I don't get it.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/paycoin2/

Newbies trade all sorts of weird shit. I remember logging onto cryptsy back in the day (Like day 1?) and have it "Pick a portfoliio" for me... what a fail that was.. then I learned fast... Cheesy

IKR? Someone pulled me in to a thread to take a look at one of these recent clonecoin scams and it has all the usual routines of talking up some vague hand-wavy 'innovative' tech and a plethora of aggressive sock-puppet shill accounts with, of course, 'inside info' of big industry names being totes definitely interested in investing in it Soon™ so buynownomnomnom, coupled with an absurdly-obvious faked trading volume to 'prove' just how legit a project it is.

I hadn't been keeping up with clonecoins, what with ICOs being the new go-to for "here's your worthless token, thanks for all the bitcoin and ether!" scams, but newbies are still lapping that old-school copy-pasta shit up!

Another Garza-esque large-scale scam popping up in a rinse-and-repeat wouldn't surprise me at all.

SURPRISE~~~!!!

https://coinjournal.net/cftc-gelfman-blueprint-bitcoin-ponzi-scheme/   <----  GARZA CITED. They practically quoted you. Should've said "Garza-esque!"   Cheesy

Or maybe "Vern-esque"?
