I don't like Bleutrade because the guys used to work at Microsoft. Is that racist?

No. That's called "ignorance".

The Scamcoats are coming!
Cryptsy should really give the PC to Paul Revere.

Why? Because it would be hilarious.

I will even promise to dump all of the generated Paycoins on Cryptsy and donate the proceeds to my chosen charity, the Paul Revere Beer Fund. Cheesy

I know it's hard to turn down free money, but cryptsy should have turned down free money.

Unlike some others, my experience with cryptsy has been largely positive. I'm not a high roller, but it was my primary exchange. I like the UI, they make working in USD really easy, they (eventually) handle every ticket, and withdrawal checks are sent immediately. That last one is huge because they're like a quarter of the cost of coinbase.

I don't know if I can use them anymore. They really need to explain this or give it back immediately. This is just too dirty.

Was also my no1 exchange but no way they see a Single satoshi from me anymore.

Was very happy with cryptsy but that is just too dirty.

Yeah, I guess it's on to Bittrex or Bleutrade now.

Not racist.

I guess I'll make account on Bittrex.

It's a shame really liked cryptsy but they shown their true face - and it's ugly.

"Prime Controllers are a feature unique to Paycoin, although calling them a feature is a bit like saying a burning sensation is a feature of gonorrhea, it may technically be true but that doesn’t mean it is a feature appealing to anyone."

CTO of Cryptsy: (holy jesus)

you shoudnt be a CTO at all im sorry. if you dont see the difference between trading a coin and owning a deciding share of the whole project. you are now part of the coins future (and past) not just a trading partner. you have a vote

Geez the professionalism just oozes.
I have wondered for awhile if Cryptsy and MrGanza were making deals. There is no way this just came out of nowhere, they had to have had a previous relationship.(not a lie ! a real partnership).

All exchanges are in it to make money, but this is beyond listing a coin and making a fee on trades. This borders on criminal, but since we are talking Homero. This is likely a deal that was made since Homero has failed at creating a viable exchange.

anyway, off to empty my cryptsy account (no XPY, lol!) and use bittrex cause this is not going to end well.

This is what happens when people are full tard. It shouldn't take that long for a single person to do something like that. Maybe I have high expectations, or maybe I'm just too geeky at this point. But I find 9 man hours unacceptable to list a coin. Usually the coin's devs are happy to help and will provide a bootstrap of the blockchain and what not.

I think he was overestimating for the sake of argument. Like, "even if it took nine man hours, ..."

That's not the problem. The problem is arguing about listing a coin when the issue is whether to take a payment that ties gives you a vested interest in promoting one coin, one version of one coin at that, over others.

Yeah, whether or not to list a scam coin is a complete different question than whether to take a bribe.

Probably paying off Cryptsy to keep listing the coin.
... and to follow the politically correct fork.
We thought it would be a good step towards decentralizing the prime nodes. We will be sharing the gains from it with our users

Do the words "ethics" or "recusal" mean anything to you ?

Dude in cryptsy doesn't even fucking understand what decentralization is ffs

all the central bank needs to do is make more central banks and the banking system would be completely decentralized  Roll Eyes
