The Scamcoats are coming!
A starting point for XPY dumping exploration?

PAjUmTHnNnPFtFUnvEqApHVosnie76TQTW

Oh, I know that address quite well. I recognized it instantly when I saw it over on GH. I am covered in drywall dust and mud and eating lunch right now, maybe I will explore a bit further after beer thirty, but I have already connected that address to Homero's Paycoin Shuffle and Cryptsy dumps.

I am learning a bit more about tracing Blockchain. What fun stuff, it is amazing what you can find out doing that.  Wink
When I had traced that randomly selected ~13,000+ XPY  chunk that was being ping ponged around yesterday I did not know what I would find. Also, something was borked yesterday and address tags were not showing, but today they are there and now I see that most of the times where a "small" (5-10,000 XPY) chunk was cleaved off of a larger piece that was being laundered that they end up somewhere called "Cryptsy". Surprise Surprise, Surprise! LMFAO! In addition to that, I had stopped tracing yesterday at this address on 2015-02-25 21:35:22 : https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/address.dws?PAjUmTHnNnPFtFUnvEqApHVosnie76TQTW.htm  When I continued tracing backwards that went through several in>out sham transactions from new addresses and ended up coming from this address: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/address.dws?PDpkRQwQXXmiu24PzLfXLqMtFtAGj27ywH.htm

Cue Gomer again: "Surprise, Surprise, Surprise". Funny how you can actually start to remember these addresses after a while. That address just happens to be the same "most interesting address" (click here to see post)I traced several of the 125,000 XPY chunks that are traveling around currently to. That wallet has 27 addresses, ALL of which have been cleaned out in the past few days, but have been actively accumulating XPY (we will get to where it all traces back to soon) and sending them to this "Cryptsy" place, usually by bouncing them through several new addresses, many times these addresses belonging to same wallets.  Hmmmm. Sounds like some fucking amateur trying to conceal the source of all of this XPY. Even so, you have to look at Cryptsy and see that there are still substantial Buy Bids in place and that there is a plethora of fucking imbeciles on HT that can not figure this shit out which means this amateur coin laundering is apparently good enough.

Oh, and anyone want to take a guess as to the original source of ALL (minus minor amounts of coins made from staking) of this 1,000,000+ web of XPY connected together by the same addresses ? Yup, it ALL comes straight from here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/tx.dws?1.htm After leaving the Premine, most of this XPY goes to multiple addys , sometimes getting split and then recombined, and mostly ending up here at some point: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/address.dws?PC4FduchmWbHNYgkHeaB1foMDyhgpJszh6.htm and then continuing on through addy after addy and in the end all connecting together by the same accounts, including several cryptsy accounts which are all controlled by the same person with access to all of these coins. I know others, primarily VanceFox have already traced many coins back to the premine, but I think it worthy to note that the massive amounts of XPY currently being juggled about in a shell game are also straight from there. While most of the idiots on HT are focused on the 5,000,000 XPY "security wallet"  there are a couple Million more XPY that were grabbed from various addresses and are now being shuffled around. And this is NOT some outside hack, because there is direct links between what is on the move after these giant amounts were taken out of various accounts during 2/25-2/26 are ALL linked back to the accounts where they started.

Also, I started looking at some of the major outputs (1-10,000 where they go in odd amounts to several addys) from these Cryptsy addys and EVERY time there is a corresponding pretty red candle on the chart, so you morons can quit blaming everyone else, 90% of the dumping on Cryptsy is from a single source. You know, the one person who has access to the premine and all of these various wallets. Figure it the fuck out already for God's sake! In case you are completely fucking retarded (and I know some on HT apparently are), I will give you a clue who that person is:

Wish I had some more time to flesh out some of this tracing, but everyone who cares should take a look and start following some of this XPY being shuffled around to try to obscure it's origin. ESPECIALLY our friends from HT who have a lot of money riding on the future of XPY. Stop HT circle jerking and do some investigating, morons!

At the time I KNEW this was GAW/Josh addresses, it is nice to see 100% validation.

It looks like emails are being released. based on what has happened in the past we cant 100% verify these emails. But can you speak on some of them for the community?
Will I participate in a complete lack of integrity and professionalism? No

Is there a specific question you have?
Well, for one thing, this quote appears to show that you damn well knew about an SEC investigation back in February, despite assurance to the contrary.

"GAW Miners- we need to sell off the rest of the hardware and close down. Any access cash (if there are any) will be used to pay for sec stuff."

@Colonel32, I thought you also assured everyone that the SEC wasn't involved back then.

They were not at the time coinfire wrote their article. the SEC confirmed that with us

This is the business school that HJG went to, I'm pretty sure. Can someone confirm?

Those emails are great because it puts a timeline on everything we knew. We knew Garza had a mass firing and lost control of his servers in the process. We just didn't know when. Now we know when. Now we know when pretty much everything happened.

Also, someone with obsessive attention to detail (*cough*PaulRevere*cough*) could conceivably match some of these emails with particular XPY market movement. I don't know how interesting that would end up being, though.

Nearly 1600 pages in and this guy thinks it's a stretch to assume the majority of the moves which netted the Garza cartel the most money were deliberate and calculated?

I had an argument a couple hundreds pages back, where I argued that most of it was planned out and the other people on this thread thought that it was mostly incompetence. I've changed my mind slightly towards the other opinion since, but not completely. But small details like this seem like they would require a lot more competence than what I think GAW has.

In this particular case, we know they lost some developers. The developers that worked on paycoin as it was weren't too competent, as the blockchain forked near the beginning.

Excuse you, Satoshi, but exactly how in the motherloving fuck is NOT PROVIDING DESKTOP WALLETS TO A POS COIN A SMALL DETAIL?

They provided desktop wallets. The problem was that they didn't update the builds. It's not like every coin does releases all the time. Just looking over https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/releases we see a 3 month gap in releases last year.

Scam apologist. Goddamn. A genuine scam apologist.

Not every coin is backed by a $100 million non-existent coin adoption fund. Not every coin has a deluded community who believe it will replace Bitcoin. Not every coin is proof-of-stake. Not every coin is 100% hype.

Some coins don't claim shit, like Woodcoin. Woodcoin is an alt I approve of. It's never claimed shit. The price has gone up, the price has come back down. But when I came to it, it was much the same as Bitcoin was in its early days, except it was a different algo (double-skein.) All I had to do to get Woodcoin was mine some of it. And at that time it wasn't worth shit. But, what the hell. Not like my PC could mine anything else. Then I noticed I could do a thing to the wallet, and I did, and people liked it, and in the meantime they've given me twice as much as ever mined. Which is nice of them. But they're not doing it because they need me, and I didn't contribute because I thought the coin would ever be worth much. But so far it has proven to be inflation resistant, which is kind of key. Ah fuck I'm rambling.

Point is, if it turned out the creator's intentions had distinctly been to scam us all, I wouldn't spend a lot of time defending him. I'd just dump the coins I had. But so far funkenstein the dwarf and the woodcoin community in general just seem to be doing their own thing. They don't make promises, and people don't get into woodcoin looking for them. It has a true distinguishing feature, and, most importantly, it's fun.

And the reason it's fun is because none of the people involved in it had to bet their children's future on it. None of the people involved are multi-millionaires, unless they were before they got involved with it.

So what I'm saying is that if you're going to start bringing up other coins and saying, X bullshit coin was also a scam, that doesn't excuse fuck all. You and I both know why the wallets were buggy. With that much money you could hire someone, I don't give a fuck what you say. As much XPY has been dumped on through the ages, there was money to hire decent developers to do things besides build websites and databases.

But why the fuck should they when people are openly okay with a ponzi scheme for mining and a shittier ponzi for a wallet?

wait Mr. Garza doesn't have more developers than anyone else? Cheesy

edit:

how many times has Josh&Co been saying GAW wasn't selling?  Seems more like they were the first to sell out on launch day at $20.65... Smiley

Thanks for the archive link. BadBitcoin does like to backtrack on shit so that is useful to have. When paycoin collapses he will probably retract his position and claim he knew it was a scam all along.

I clicked the original link and it no longer works.
