I saw him this morning round the pool,he was with his attorney talking about his next project and something about the American dream in action they wernt making much sense but his attorney advised him to rent a fast car with no top and buy a motorcycle,then they left for vagas. i don't think he even paid the bill.

AFAIK Homero has been out of country since February. Nobody seems sure of his current location. Maybe Cayman Islands? No extradition to US for most things, lots of internet gambling sites, crypto scammers, etc there. If I recall correctly, his mother also moved there last year- creating a beach head for the Garza boys to flee to when the criminal Paycoin fraud scheme goes tits up?

Oh wow, Dubai has a Bitcoin presence including atms, a easy way for him to funnel into fiat there. This is making more and more sense.
Don't over blow that one. The only BTM company that was operating pulled the project last year, Umbrellab, due to lack of regulatory framework, ergo high risk operation.As with many jurisdictions throughout the world, UAE isn't that much different. IGOT, the aussie company has been making progress out there along with Yellowpay, but it's slow progress as far as I know.

No, I don't think so. It's not coincidental that as soon as this whole "extra drama" thing started he was putting all of his clothes and possessions up for a sale. Someone should just send him a link and see where the location of his IP address geolocates to if they want to find out for sure. CoinFire said something like "he signed this document with the same IP address as before", so it's possible they know where his location is too.
Maybe Homero has been back, maybe not. I have seen no conclusive proof that he has been in the US since February. IPs can be spoofed, so that does not really mean all that much. The estate sale is probably being run by Jessica. A little bird recently said Homero was in this exact location:

I can't find the post anymore, but back when Garzebo was talking about moving Paybase/GAW to a foreign country, he specifically mentioned Dubai. That has always been my #1 guess... we know he was in Belgium from his train tickets, but Dubai is an easy jaunt from Belgium, even if he is being hunted by Interpol (which is unlikely, he is not a terrorist just a fuckup scammer).
