Croatia is about the only place in Europe proper with no extradition treaty with the US. I doubt he would go there , though, too dangerous. The war is over, but kidnapping and extortion rackets- etc. are rampant.

AFAIK Homero has been out of country since February. Nobody seems sure of his current location. Maybe Cayman Islands? No extradition to US for most things, lots of internet gambling sites, crypto scammers, etc there. If I recall correctly, his mother also moved there last year- creating a beach head for the Garza boys to flee to when the criminal Paycoin fraud scheme goes tits up?

No, I don't think so. It's not coincidental that as soon as this whole "extra drama" thing started he was putting all of his clothes and possessions up for a sale. Someone should just send him a link and see where the location of his IP address geolocates to if they want to find out for sure. CoinFire said something like "he signed this document with the same IP address as before", so it's possible they know where his location is too.
Maybe Homero has been back, maybe not. I have seen no conclusive proof that he has been in the US since February. IPs can be spoofed, so that does not really mean all that much. The estate sale is probably being run by Jessica. A little bird recently said Homero was in this exact location:

UAE is a non extradition to US country, and the glitzy Las Vegas style of Dubai seems like a fit for this fucking narcissistic fraudster chump, so it does make some sense. No idea if it is true or not, Time will tell.
