Even if the whole conversation is genuine (and I'm reasonably sure it is given how I accidentally found it) it could well be that most or all of what MrCEO is saying is complete and utter BS. That's the beauty of this soap opera. You can't ever know until it's on PACER.

This. Just to make it clear: I'm not MrCEO, I'm not PaycoinGateway, and I'm not sciborg. In other words I'm not part of that conversation and it could all be an extremely elaborate hoax. Highly unlikely though given the context and spelling and general atmosphere of that chat.
Agreed. If fake it would take someone intimately familiar with Josh's grammatical style and spelling mistakes.And it would take a lot of effort to fake, that's for sure. If I was holding XPY I think I would convert to BTC for now- just to be safe (you can always buy back MORE in a few days- right?
), but the XPY bagholders that are left are not the shiniest apples in the bin, so they will probably just stay the course. If this is all true it sounds like it might be the end of the whole coin, not just chaos. Or of course it is fake- maybe even planted by Homero himself. The SEC and FBI do not care about make believe money. When Joshy and gang get nailed it's gonna be on them doing something wrong with people's dollars and cents.

It is possible (e.g., common practice in these investigations) that GAW and/or Paybase agreed (possibly in a court order) to maintain the "status quo" while the investigation proceeds. Such a status quo agreement or order could very well have restrained GAW/Paybase from selling or transferring XPY and selling or transferring PCs... And that would also seem to fit with recent developments.
Obviously, if there was such a status quo agreement, giving (or lending, licensing, or permitting third parties to control) the Prime Controllers would be a major violation. The SEC would care if only because they want to keep things unchanged while they conclude the investigation.

I just went through the pastebin chat, what I get from it, Joshy is even attempting to con his buddies. He did nothing but threaten and provided ZERO proof he or his crack legal team were doing anything at all. I love this show.

Wow. Just wow.
No honor among thieves.
So, what can we make of this?
1) According to Garzebo, someone "stole" coins and possibly the Prime Controllers
2) Paycoin Foundation disputes this, and claims they were donated
3) Garbonzo claims the contract was never signed, so it was theft (not clear if he is referring just to the Prime Controllers or also the alleged coin theft)
4) Gonzo then claims the SEC and FBI are going to seize everything Prime Controllers and coins if it is publically disclosed who owns the PC's (cat is out of bag as of yesterday on that point, I think)
Much drama. Much stupidity. Much entertainment.
