The legion of cult followers are beginning to turn on their master...

So far these morons have lost 90-95% of their investment, I think the numbers are starting to scare them. Yet, some of them won't get out until that number is 100%

I don't get the guy running around acting like GAW doesn't owe for that transformer installation. They're not suing for the cost of the transformer, they're suing for the installation of it. And, as far as I've ever heard, yes, you do pay if you want new equipment installed at your site.

Then there are those believing that a fee dispute ends up in court and is nothing... um... no, GAW made 1 payment, then quit paying at all. So, he was either busted or was putting his funds else where. Given that by Feb he also almost lost BTC.com for lack of payment and mordica was begging to get the bandwidth provider for their VOIP business paid... not to mention a couple of other service providers cutting them off... it looks like Garza just quit paying everything in the Dec/Jan timeframe.... so, where was that $300 million that was supposed to be there if they couldn't even pay their basic bills?

Wait, so you're telling me a person has to pay their bills? Now that is an amazing revelation, someone should tell mr. Gorgonzola!

I'd like to know what he did with the power maintenance fees that were passed onto hashlet owners.  It obviously didn't go to pay the power bill.
He ran off with it.  That is obvious!  Vacation in Europe, new vests and extra coke.  Josh's new theme song  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lypj5YO-Irc

I was just wondering why he thought paying 10 cents a kwh was a good deal when its obvious the Chinese and Washington state folks are paying 4 cents or less?  I'm thinking he just knew he could scam them for a few months and pocket all the cash.

That's the rate over here in Arkansas, too, around 4 cents.

Mine is $0.20, really need to get some solar panels

The Scamcoats are coming!

If they can not charge this joker with a real crime then they should get him on tax charges, (capital gains, taxes etc) worked on Capone as he has a pile of xpy that will be converted into BTC and most likely FIAT at some time.

Let's hope he'll act like a jackass in the bill non-payment case. Perhaps they could do him for contempt of court then.

Especially since he is in some serious Good Old Boy territory there. You think maybe Mississippi Power Company knows which lawyers to hire? Maybe ones that play golf with the judge and prosecuting attorney? I am sure a Carpetbagger scumbag fraudster ripping off a major state employer will be able to walk all over those guys in their own court..... Roll Eyes

The Scamcoats are coming!
They are starting to get restless on HT. https://hashtalk.org/topic/36138/general-feeling/18

Demanding features before they "allow" Josh to dump any more on them.  Grin

Looks like Josh&Co did not hear their pleas:

Want some irony? Fraudulent power supply + fraudulent power fees = 1 new Tesla and then some.

I was thinking yesterday it would be a tiny bit of poetic justice if the MPC lawsuit ended up with them seizing Garza's assets, especially the Tesla. Commiting fraud using a scheme involving not paying for electricity from an electric company and buying an electric vehicle with the ill gotten profits- and then the power company doing a reach a round and seizing the electric car. Highly doubtful, but it would make for good Made for TV Movie: Based on a True Story  script.

The best part.... bet the power company can contact Tesla who can probably simply turn off the car until the power company goes to pick it up.... I would be hugely surprised if there wasn't a remote kill capacity in the Tesla cars as a anti-theft device.

He's a fairly smart guy, I bet he rents or leases everything.  We know he rented his house.  He probably has the rest hidden in multiple bitcoin wallets and/or offshore accounts.

When you have no intention of paying it does not matter what the cost is. This is also exactly why Garza opted for a year contract to defer the upfront cost of the installation. Push all of the bill collection a few months into the future, collect all the profits and then fold up the company and give the creditors the finger when they try to collect. This is how all the cool CEOs do it these days. Roll Eyes
