Other than that, if you would simply search on Google for "BitcoinTalk escrow" you will find plenty of results (some are accurate and some are not accurate at all). The loan is really a voluntary service and OP is too much helpful to the community. But I am surprised as you could not find out the escrow service and I am sorry as your deal has been postponed. Thank you for our constant efforts of keeping your thread updated! I believe you asked me about my fees in order to update your thread
However, since I only made only one escrow so far, I am still not applying any fee for my service.
I know nowadays people almost not using escrow services.
That is another reason for not applying any fee
We need to encourage users, somehow, to use escrows in order to limit the amounts of scams. And, perhaps, offering a free service may help on this matter.In any case, I thank you once again for your interest!

What can I say about Gazeta? Besides being an outstanding member of this community he's also an exemplar escrow! Gazeta offered to act as an escrow in my recent charity event for yahoo62278[1] and everything went as smooth as a baby face! Besides being a very communicative person, Gazeta also ensured that the owner did receive the card in the end of the process[2].
I would trust Gazeta with any kind of service as I believe he'll be the professional that he always has been. Please do not hesitate to use him as an escrow.

So, based on the OP I think you will add an escrow fee. Would you like to add your escrow fees or you will still provide more escrow free of cost? 
Acted as escrow for a charity auction in my behalf. Handled everything as a professional, would recommend him for future escrow work if users needed 1. I left this feedback on Gazeta's profile after he helped with this CHARITY AUCTION on my behalf.
