The male domination was their in all the games,the most encounter game of the cricket.I had read in the news,one of the country men’s team used t-shirt was given to the women cricket team.I don’t want to mention the country name here.The women team and proved their capacity to the men team by continuous victory.Later the board give their rights to the women cricket team.But their was huge domination in the game by the male over a female.Like wise the same was in the gambling,but after ther huge population of the women get into the gambling will answer this question.Because the participants of the women now in gambling was very low.

  You made a striking point talking about women in sports as catalyst to their recent growing interest in gambling which is very true if we check the history of sport and gambling altogether. Even with the just concluded 2023  FIFA women's world cup at different times I hand the free-time from work to go watch any of the live match in one of the football viewing centres close to my location I discover a lot of men sitted watching these football matches played by female footballers more than their female counterparts. Over 100% you see just about 5% of women watching these games.

Now this explains so we'll why women can't be heavily involved in gambling as men contingent on the fact that they don't have interest in sport activities like men do and it's only when you're sport lover that you can have a burner to extend that love to gambling taking advantage of it to try and make money out of it. The few women who manage to gamble are stereotyped.  I know an aunt who gambles.  People's opinion about her have been negative and with the fact that she's yet to get married, it is assumed that no man would want to end up with a woman who gambles.All these negative opinions have chased lots of women away from active Gambling

I would say that male dominating the gambling space is probably born out of sports, we and every one of us will come to the agreement that sports has always been a male dominated space, it is only of recent, like some few years back that, women started making their ways into sports, which i personally believe to be the reason why today, we even have some women doing gambling.

So, for me, i would say that maybe one of the reasons why we have low number of women in gambling is because of the above, that is, that it is in recent times that women started getting involved in sporting events, and if be the case, i would say that, maybe as women sports grows further as the future progresses, we might see an increase in the number of women gamblers.

So, in other words, this might mean that women are not many in gambling because gambling is high risk as you said, but they are few simply because they are just getting to discover that women can actually gamble same way men do.

They would, if the women are from wealthy families they would be happy to take them as wives to move up the social ladder. That's in societies like that only wealthy women can afford doing what they want, gambling included. When we want to discuss something as sensitive and gender-based discussions, I try as much as possible to take out religion and politics out of the way to enable me to make more informed and open-minded contributions, because if religion prohibits an act it should be binding on all members of the society be it male or female and more also you have to make sure that the same law applies to all and there shouldn't be any reservation in terms of who the law for most.


Women does not like taking high risk and gambling is considered as one of such high-risk events, and also gambling is not women's so for that the male forks dominated the gambling market heavily to the point that they now view gambling as only a male activity.

If we relate religious or cultural factors then gambling activities are still prohibited regardless of gender, but if we talk about countries that have regulated gambling there are no special rules that prohibit gambling based on gender, it's just that the percentage of women involved in gambling is very low because they are not interested gambling. However, women as treasurers for managing family finances are advised not to get involved in gambling. Women gain confidence in managing finances because women are very responsible for every expense. So without comparing equality in gambling, but to be honest I hope that women don't gamble too often because they will have a harder time getting out of the influence of gambling addiction compared to men.

So in this order of ideas, we are people who can sometimes say that more men than women go to a casino, yes, it is true, it is mostly women who have Children , Since they are More in Charge of raising, doing the mess, raising them, having a nice house,  women focus a lot on that sense and have responsibilities that are very big , we are just men in that aspect we are also careful, yes but they are more dedicated, that's not It can be denied, those who are not wives, or housewives, because they Focus on other types of activities, where basically things can work better in many ways, sometimes a casino for them represents a possible Expense or loss of money, and what represents this loss of money for them is not feasible, and they have more decision to say no, they are stronger than us in that aspect, they have Better decision.

To a great extent, you are right, I have said it countless of times on this thread that when it comes to gambling, the fact that we actually don't have too many women in gambling the same way we have men is already a generally known fact, this one is not debatable. But coming back to which gender are better gamblers when it comes to  responsible gambling, anyone who wants to be sure truthful will agree that women handle and manage their gambling behaviors much better than the men do, and this is why we hardly see a woman who is addicted to gambling.

And let me also mention that, gambling was not actually designed for women, but civilization and all this gender equality stuffs is what is pushing some women into gambling, just as a way for them to indeed prove that what ever a man can do, a woman can also do.

It's not all countries where women are permitted to gamble or do something that such thing is viewed as manly. Again, in restricted countries, we can't expect women to display their betting lifestyle, even though some will still be gambling, but will have to be secretive about it and will only use those accounts that can't be traced to them, and thankfully, there is crypto and the option of VPN. In fact greed is an attitude that almost all women and girls can have and in any form but what makes it different is how they can control and also restrain the attitude of greed that can appear suddenly.
In gambling almost everyone has experienced the same thing where they cannot easily accept what they have got and try hard to get something bigger so there is no exception to this.

Women may be able to better control their emotional ups and downs depending on their mood so they can suppress their bad attitudes but they will be more likely to get angry easily when they have succeeded in suppressing what they shouldn't do and things like that are always used as an outlet.

Why we cant really just sit and be silent whenever we do see women playing gambling specially on physical places? It is really just that there are people who do really love to getting mind on others actions or business. We should leave them alone because gambling isnt really just that limited for men but rather also for women and this is in fact its free for everyone. Just like been said that we arent really just getting used to see those women inside on gambling premisses and this is why we do really have something to say whenever we do really encounter women into these places.
Speaking of luck then it would really just the same and as we know that luck does come if you are really that lucky into that point.

Humans are naturally greedy no matter what gender you do have.Luck would come randomly doesnt matter what gender you do have and everything would really be that not known.
This is why it wont matter on what gender you do have because chances of winning would really be just depending on how luck you are on that particular time.

You are right, there are people who keeps minding others' business and they love talking about it, and just like what you said women gambler is already existing and it's just to those who translate what they are seeing but in the point where equality is already practice then there's nothing that they should talk or discuss, it's freedom that can also be entertained by both genders. I have known women so greedy that they would drive their own families into destruction and  that has also happened in history frequently. In Gambling, what we normally see is male making bets on a daily basis. Women are very rare in the gambling industry and most time they have more obligation to execute that is why we don't mostly see in the physical casinos playing bets except for few that does not care what anybody says a out them. Why many people go into gambling is to make money for themselves. There are people that do not even have a work but only rely on gambling for survival so gambling does not have a gender and everyone can go into gambling and make bets for earn money for themselves.

No matter who wins, men and women in gambling, greed increases. However, women are a little less greedy. Those who are more greedy start playing again without taking a break if they win gambling. But those who are wise will take a break once they win. There is a kind of greed among gamblers. Women are not easily allowed by their family members to gamble. Because he has to be busy with their family work. People who are very rich and do not have the pressure of family work gamble for fun.
