Women will consider it first before deciding. Often, they take longer than men. And they also don't dare to take big risks, which makes women always careful in their actions. This is different from men who seem to be in a hurry to decide everything so that men will be at greater risk than women. But not all men are like that because there are men who can also be careful in deciding things. And because it is gambling, perhaps fewer women will gamble than men because of the fear of experiencing big losses in gambling for women.
I don't agree with the generalization that women always pay attention to expenses and women are always considered responsible for expenses, even though this factor depends on the individual. I even noticed that many women are very wasteful in managing their finances, they buy expensive things and even things they rarely use. However, if the comparison scale is towards gambling then I agree with the opinion that women always calculate the expenses in every bet, statistically the female gender is less involved in gambling activities, they may not be interested in bets that do not guarantee a profit, they like realistic income from other jobs .
I agree on your first statement, women can bought expensive things which sometimes not really part of the budget, they just want to have it to fill the pleasure but the needs on such things is not necessary, I guess in terms of budgeting for house needs women most of the time are in-charge and they really good covering whatever the amount their husband provide for the family.
Though, inside gambling, men are more aggressive and most of the time can handle that pressure to the point that they are willing to risk everything, compared with women they are not that willing to gamble all -in unless they already attached or already addicted.
