You could hire a Campaign Manager to run the Campaign, but the Ann thread should really be run by someone who knows the project well enough to provide thorough and prompt answers and information. Seriousness is perceived from both the content of the project, and the team providing support and resolving question. Bear in mind that the rank running the Ann thread or Campaign may be something some people look at at first glance, but regardless, a rank with no consolidated reputation (I don’t mean the forum’s commerce related reputation here) isn’t all that much more than a lower rank (just an aged account that looks a bit flashier).
