They aren't responding to me now.  I'll keep pestering them until the day they shutdown.  At this point their credibility is very low in my eyes.  I'll never do business with them again and have threatened to spread this thread all over the internet to their potential future customers.  Guess they don't care.  Seriously Genesis Mining, if you care about your credibility, come clear your name and respond to this issue on the forum.  It's not going away and is only going to get worse for you.  (I link them to this thread in the daily email I send them begging for my coins)

I don't really trust mining sites because since last year mining is not that profitable due to expensive electricity and hardware price is much more expensive. Those who claims they are legitimate, well they must be defensive enough to take good reputations even though scam acusations was been raised by those whow were their victims. With regards to genesis mining pending pay outs  will really going to be scam to all who participated, then no one will trust this site absolutely.

I'm been a member of this  cloud mining site too. But I didn't encounter any problems that you had now. Honestly writing, There are still paying I always recieve my payment every 1-2 weeks.

I never had a problem with their auto payouts either, but if any of it goes into pending status and you don't have an active contract with them, God help you in getting it back.  They owe me about 75usd worth of doge and its been nearly 2 months trying to get it.  Getting the BTC and DASH they owed me took about a month of being given the run around of why they can't just hit the send button to my payment address...

So with this argument with them not paying so this only leaves cloudflare as the only legitimate cloudmining service available to date now?  Embarrassed
Wrong, only legitimate cloud mining left is hash nest and as it turned out they weren't smart enough to offer competitive prices for fees and maintenance to take the cloud mining market under their control since they were using ASICboost they could have easily offer much lower mining cost and much higher profit but no they wanted to keep the profits for themselves, they even sold cloud mining contracts with calculating the S7s efficiency for more than 5 months while they were mining with S9s with ASICboost activated, that alone shows how unprofitable any cloud mining service is because they all take the profits for themselves no matter the name and the reputation.

An amazing thing just happened.  After I sent genesis mining an email about this post, my btc and dash payments were sent.  Doge is still unaccounted for but I sent it to poloniex so it may be pending.
If they're only concerned about their public image rather than you getting your coins though, they're probably starting to selectively scam.  Or, it could just be a coincidence, but the lesson is, never trust a cloud miner.

This kind of stands true with a good amount of companies though, they're not going to do anything unless you make it so you threaten their image on a large scale and then they'll fall to your demands. It's pretty horrible that's how this all works but it make sense from a business standpoint, why would you help someone who's gonna give up on the cause soon?

Would rather just be able to keep the money and be free and clear.

Still haven't been paid the approximately 140,000 DOGE I am owed, so they aren't fully in the clear with me yet. Bumping this thread and reminding them.

Oh they'll notice bud, don't you worry.

so here is where we are:

Hi 6nrfmartin,

We understand that you have just recently added your DOGE wallet to your profile. The system needs up to 48 hours to execute the first payment, which will include all the accumulated DOGE payouts you have received so far. This is 142625.4818535  DOGE

11.01.2017     DOGE     0.00000000   Payment address is empty. DOGE x11 amount of 115.75384615 added to balance. Total Balance is: 142625.4818535
10.01.2017     DOGE     0.00000000   Payment address is empty. DOGE x11 amount of 114.4 added to balance. Total Balance is: 142509.72800735
09.01.2017     DOGE     0.00000000   Payment address is empty. DOGE x11 amount of 148.6 added to balance. Total Balance is: 142395.32800735

Let us know if for any reason this is not happening, but it seems every normal and correct in our side.

Thanks for your patience.

Best regards,
Jordi

So now they have about 9 hours to pay out and then we are past the 48 hour mark.  (I don't expect it to happen)  This has been miserable.  If they don't pay is there a scam subforum this can be added to?

I'm thinking that they're just monitoring this forum so that anyone who posts about them being a scam gets their money.  Genesis Mining are a pretty evil company even if they don't directly scam their users.

Did you really get ROI though?  Most of the posts I've seen about Genesis Mining (especially on Scam Accusations) are just saying that it's impossible to ROI with them any more, so they're just legitimately stealing your money and then keeping the machines after two years.

I didn't get ROI but thankfully the damage wasn't too bad due to rising coin values.  I'd say I lost about 30% overall.

It's impossible earn the same amount of coins you invested. The only way to hit ROI there is if the coin price pump a lot since you made your investment, but I think the most important, to recover the amount of coins invested, you will never achieve it... So, it's total waste of money, as you can just hold your coins and the profit will be higher.

I have to lend my voice to this that its so unfortunate that a thread have to be created and then linked before thwy know they have to do the right thing, what of those who dont have access to the thread then their money is gone? Even after Gene is mining has been here for long, could deteriorate to this level then what hope does other mining sites have...

Hmm this is not surprising anymore or just like other said maybe its just a coincidence that they already paid you out when they saw this post.Reading on those emails by Genesis i can say that we arent sure if they are telling the truth about the delay or what or just want to repurchase the pending money you had in your account that is why i do really hate cloud mining i cant be sure when they would turn out to be a scam.

Trust also depends on cloud miner, mostly they are scam but not everyone. For example if anyone offers lifetime hashrate than it's absolutely scam because nothing is lifetime and company needs profit for theirself, why will they sell hashrate for you when they can to mine theirselves? Well, hashnest is also cloud mining but they are legit because you can to buy and sell your hashrate at any time and plus they are under bitmain and bitmain is very known for everyone with it's antminers.

Lifetime earnings are not possible because most of the cloud mining sites are rotating with people's money, many people will show interest towards only because they will pay high returns in short period of time. But I think these cloud mining sites will rotate money like same as Hyip sites only.

I find it strange that every time you contacted them someone else responded. Do they have such chaos there that a single customer can't have an employee assigned to the case?
Maybe it's just one and the same person responding but wants to confuse you by signing with different names and delay everything? If you get angry at one of the responses they can say you will get rerouted to the higher ranked/more experienced employee and start again Cheesy
