Why do I have to wait for my money for several months now? Hundreds of dollars worth in Doge / LTC / BTC and DASH are missing.

One account I can't change the wallets so I'm losing money every single day. Just because they don't care to solve their problems at all.

Once you reach 0,002 BTC they will pay you out. This is minimum payout threshold on BTC.
You cannot find it in pending balance because it is only for credit card payment 1st month delay for security measures.
You have to calculate it yourself and this is not a rocket science. Once you reach 0,002 BTC they will pay it out.

You can switch your allocation to different coin which has lower payout threshold but this will reset your accumulated balance.

You will still have BTC accumulated but it will stay on the same level since you switched your allocation to different coin.

Please see below current minimum payout threshold in Genesis Mining:

As you see LTC might be good solution for you for example if you are impatient.

Amount to be paid is to small. 0.002btc is the minimum amount.
Remember this is for each single contract. If you have 10 contracts of 1TH, 10 contracts will be pending some time until the threshold of each contract is above 0.002btc

Previously I have seen an article mentioning that with increase phase of mining difficulty the fee structure will also increase. But till now we don't know what is the fee value is going to be because it depend upon the company.

After many run arounds and ignored emails..I think its safe to say that I will never be getting the DASH/XMR balance I have.This site has turned into a joke.

Of course there is a bigger chance that something goes wrong if you do it more often.
From the other hand if you lose daily profit it is like, whatever but if you lose monthly this is different story

No exactly what I would like. Genesis will sell your mined btc on a daily basis, so the there will be cost daily for selling.
