Completely perfectly agreed. Nobody would be able to know whether the earth is center of the universe or not. On the other hand, solar system might be on the edge of the universe. This situation is rhetorical question and nobody can answer it in a short time.

If the universe is infinite, every place is in the centre of the universe, the earth as well. Of course, the word "centre" stops to make any sense, but...

I think it is not the center of the universe, only that we live on this earth will feel the earth is the center.

Maybe there are aliens who have the same idea as us on some distant planet.

In short, this universe is too big, and we may just be a grain of sand.

Actually a great topic to start first and foremost there are tons of theories about earth being the center of the universe, and if earth was the center of the universe then all of the planets, stars, comets, meteors, and galwxies would likely to revolve around us.

Considering that this is the only planet with life on it as far as i believe, i think that it is right and safe to assume that its the center of the universe, I am okay to swallow back my words if ever there is proof that there is another life form and civilization other there in the universe.

I don't think this should even be debated at all. we're just a very tiny speck in the known galaxy and probably there are more earths like the one that we have out there that also thinks they're the center of the universe
