I cannot believe that Schalke is actually out of the relegation spot officially right now. I mean doesn't mean they won't drop, they have to keep being careful that is for sure but they are out right now and that is an insane achievement. They were at 9 points when teams around them already reached 20 points, and they reached 30 points before some of them reached there, which means making 21 points before others made 10 points, and that is a huge achievement.

This team got a lot more points in the last 10-12 games then rest of the season combined, that is a huge deal without a doubt. The way this team turned it around and somehow become better is basically a fairy tale to be told and definitely deserves recognition. They ended up beating Mainz to get here, a team so many levels above them, they are really doing amazing.

I think Thomas Tuchel already have device something to keep Bayern Munich in the top position for the next season but right now he has just focused on the Championship ahead because if they are not focused on this season right now just 1 mistake and they are out of the 1st position 1 to 2 points is just what Dortmund need to gain the championship position, I hate to admit it but if that incident with the locker room altercation happen again then probably 1 player will be eliminated in the Bayern Munich and it is either Sadio Mane or Leroy Sane,

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim VS Eintracht Frankfurt

I was also expecting draw from the Leverkusen, but things were not gone into their favor specially Koln players were playing roughly in second half which create problems for them, and they don't have chance for this draw with now they are going to face AS Roma in semifinal which is also important for them here in Bundesliga things looking impressive for them and with the remaining matches most chances they will keep this place and UEFA Conference qualification is under their control for the next season.

Right now, even it's not easy to go against Roma, but we can expect any result which will help them for having place into final which could be also amazing as they were in relegation zone and having place into final of Europa Cup could be a dreaming end of this season for the Bayer Leverkusen and Xabi Alonso.

They played without giving up and kept chasing goals when they needed them, and indeed the effort did not betray them and in the last minute of the game they got a goal and made them manage to get 3 important points in this game. Until the last minute of the game, I thought I lost the bet because I was thinking Schalke wins the game but they got the important three points from this game in the last seconds and now Schalke is the 14th team in the league they are trying to get more points and don't enter the danger zone anymore which is something possible for them if they continue this performance.

Even though Cologne may not have had as much riding on their success it is still a good result for them and can raise team spirits. However Schalke's victory was vitally necessary for their continued existence in the Bundesliga and it is obvious that they will be exhaling a big sigh of relief following the match. It's also important to note that Schalke is still under pressure because they are not yet out of the woods. But now that they have moved up the table they will undoubtedly have more breathing room, and they'll be looking to build on this victory in their remaining matches. All things considered, it just goes to show how much may be on the line in a single football game.

You predicted the final score right but it was the other way around.    Koln surprisingly beat Leverkusen by 2-1 away. This was pretty interesting to me because Leverkusen didn't even have a huge dominance with their game here. Maybe their Europa League games are also very important but I wouldn't have waited for them to lose this game anyway.

I bet on Leverkusen to win as well and I wish I bet on both teams to score instead. Sometimes favourite teams really surprise us despite having a goal to achieve in the season.

Now suddenly improved performance from Schalke create good interest in race of relegation because currently we have five teams in danger zone with Hertha Berlin is already out of Bundesliga but if today we have wins from Hoffenheim and Stuttgart then surely this can go in favor of these two and others still have to do their hard work for avoiding relegation which is not easy specially for the Schalke which have two away games against top teams and third is against Frankfurt which after elimination from Champions League having decline in form and dropping badly once they were a strong candidate for the Champions League spot, but now they are out of the top 9.
 
Mainz also have setback for their UEFA connection as losing against Schalke at home is big upset Bayer Leverkusen also lost their rhythm and give safe zone to Koln now just few hours with more important clashes are going to start.

The Bundesliga is trying hard for other teams to move forward. And every match is a great battle which Bundesliga football fans are very happy to watch. But football fans are most interested when Bayern Munich and Dortmund play, which is why the two teams are currently at the top of the Bundesliga.

It was very dissapoint to see Mainz result match today that they have to losing points because Schalke can make good comeback by scored goal in the extra time of second half and this is Mainz first loses after unbeatable since January but this winning result is very important for Schalke because at least they can able to avoiding relegation zone and i know their position still not fully safe but at least from this result Schalke has opened up their chance to survive in the Bundesliga

On the other hand today too we will see the match between weak teams Hertha Berlin vs Stuttgart and if Stuttgart can able to collect 3 points from this match then they will possibly overtake Schalke position and i think they have capable to do that because in Bundesliga so far Stuttgart performance seems showing rapid progress because in the last 4 matches in Bundesliga Stuttgart has earn 8 points and still unbeatable and if we see Stuttgart condition which is more better than Hertha Berlin i think very possible Stuttgart will be able to overcomes Hertha Berlin

Schalke was only a few points above another clubs that placed in the relegation zone. I think that you shall also try to see the remaining matches for schalke.

Im feeling skeptical if schalke will able to stay above the relegation zone until the last match. Schalke can comeback again to the relegation zone anytime if it will get zero points from all upcoming matches.

That has become my main concern why the win against mainz is not putting schalke in the safe position. The chance for schalke go comeback again to the relegation zone is very big right now.

Schalke didn't just give up without doing anything, they worked hard to leave the relegation zone and now they've managed to win games against tough opponents, and they won't be easy to beat. But they managed to bring home 3 points and get out of the relegation zone for a while. A late goal in extra time allowed them to increase their number of points in the standings.

Leverkusen already have a good run of games with enough win to show that Xabi Alonso meant business
A little worried cause they will face Roma in the next game on Thursday for the Europa League
I would not wish them to loss but let the best side of the both win, Roma coach has plenty experience when it comes to European matches

But they cannot discredit a team like Arsenal so much, for me it is a team that has a lot to give, which has not yet been able to show its full potential, it must be for adverse reasons, but I think this could be something that means many more things Personally, I think that Arsenal could be a team that can give surprises, all the teams go through bad times, moments of crisis, that one dares to think that the culprits are the coaches, or the players themselves, perhaps due to problems personal, but fútbol is like that, the important thing is to get up.

It is crazy to see that Schalke really left the relegation zone now. I was absolutely sure that they will be going down into the 2. Bundesliga and now they are where they are. Even the schedule is in their favor with Stuttgart playing against Hertha now. It looks like this could be a happy ending for them. But yes this means nothing for now, saying they are safe would be wrong, but they have a good chance that the other teams could also fail. It remains to be seen for now and I don't expect them to win any points against Bayern, but afterwards who knows. Perhaps there is a window of opportunity for them especially when the other teams don't win their games either.

I am pretty sure, that the win of Schalke 04 means much more to them than the win of Cologne means to themself. I mean Cologne was pretty much 99% safe already before the match happened today so of course now they are totally safe but not that much has changed, but of course a win is always great.
For Schalke on the other hand that win today was very important you just need to take a look at the Bundesliga table to understand how important the win today was. Schalke now went from rank 17 to rank 14. Now all the other clubs that are still fighting to stay in the first Bundesliga are under a huge amount of pressure in the games tomorrow. Schalke can lean back and watch those games. I am sure that at least 2 out of those 3 teams that are now behind schalke will lose points tomorrow.

Schalke surprisingly, was able leaving from the relegation zone before the end of season. I didn't even expect if this club is able performing even better at the end of season. Schalke is not yet entering in the relegation zone since schalke is also only having two points gap to the some clubs which were placing at the relegation zone. Schalke needs to work even harder for the upcoming match caused by it will be facing bayern, frankfurt and leipzig at the end of season
This gonna be hardest matches for schalke. There are only three matches remaining. The only chance for schalke to be qualified for bundesliga next season if schalke will able to win one or two matches more.
I do know that if schalke has very low chance to make it happen. I will prefer to take bayern, frankfurt and leipzig to win against schalke rather than pick schalke caused by it has very small chance to take points from these three matches that will come soon.
