This is inseparable from the decline experienced by Bayern Munich in my opinion so that it opened the way for Borussia Dortmund to be on the path to fighting for the title. As you said, Bayern Munich dropped a lot of points in an unexpected match, which should have been an easy game for them. Apart from that, I am happy to see the title race getting really fierce in the Bundesliga.

I think dortmund are quite ready to put pressure on bayern munich. Their point gap was quite close and an unexpected defeat was an advantage for these two teams. If dortmund loses then the point gap might widen again and benefits for dortmund if bayern loses points in the upcoming match.

Dortmund is amazing every season, but this season they are very close to the title so yes they are really mesmerizing this season. There are still a chances for them due gap point with Bayern Munich which also not too far, but maybe it's difficult because Bayern munich also won't be willing to lose points in the remaining matches.

I thought Dortmund can stay in this race until last week of this season, because in 7 remaining matches they will be against a team that is currently much weak rather than them, should not be a big problem for them later.

Win two games in a row with five goals scored, then lose against Augsburg. If you do it like that you can't beat Bayern Munich over the course of the season ever.

A good example is the Premier League. It shows what it takes to stay at the top. Arsenal is hardly making any mistakes and yet Manchester City would probably stay in striking distance. Dortmund also is in striking distance now, but I bet another bummer is waiting for us around the corner.

You are right. Dortmund has not been able to keep up to the standards requirement in winning the German Bundesliga. They need so much work to restore their lose glory. They have reduces the club to a state of miniature confidence, a state where single lose affect the whole team. This is a different thing as in the case of Bayern. For year's now, Bayern is in a position where they will have to show you their best style of play even though they lose the match, and a lose doesn't affect the winning mentality of the team as it is in the case of Dortmund. This will continue to make Bayern the champions in bundesliga

No matter what happens I will still appreciate Dortmund's high effort this season. You know that normally they don't aim the league championship before anything else. Their main target has been the same for so many years which is to bring new talents here and improve their skills by giving those youngsters the chances they need. After that they sell those players and make a lot of money.

But this season is really different for them. Of course they still keep this vision but it seems like they put the league championship ahead of that vision for this season. Because they are really giving their best in each match in the Bundesliga. They are still not good at defending but they have been able to make up for that side by scoring a lot of goals until now. I'd really like to see them being the champions but after losing the latest der Klassiker their job has become harder.
