Union Berlin is too weak when they face equally strong teams especially in this match where they were humiliated in front of the supporters by Leipzig. In this match Leipzig was able to take advantage of the many opportunities available to score goals and that is why I think Union Berlin is too weak in this match.

In the first half they were able to maintain their balanced form even though Leipzig managed to mess up their defense several times but they managed to score no goals in the first half. I think they have to make a big change to rotate the ideal formation when they face an equally strong team.

Without being sentimental with my view of the whole matter, I think Leipzig has been one of the most consistent clubs in the German Bundesliga over the last three seasons. Though most people think their victory was aided by Kevin Volland's red card but Leipzig were already one goal up before the Union Berlin player was sent off the pitch.
The club who will also be playing in the UEFA Champions League competition this season I think are in good shape to have a impressive campaign this season

With today's games the round is over, I'll start talking about Dortmund's game against Heidenheim, it was a game in which Dortmund was the favorite to win the game, Dortmund had 1 win and 1 draw while their opponent came of 2 consecutive defeats, so I saw Dortmund being able to come out of this game with a victory, but what we saw on the field was something unbelievable, Dortmund even in the 1 half is already winning 2 - 0, so I believe that many people must have been thinking that they would win the game, until in the 2nd half they conceded 2 goals and the game ended in a draw, much to the chagrin of Dortumundo fans.

If Union Berlin didn't get that red card maybe there would have been some hope for a comeback. But that brought the end of the game. Leipzig were comfortable in the second half and Sesko shined bright as well. He scored 2 goals and helped his team get a solid win by 3-0. This win was really important for Leipzig to have a decent form.

Winning against a tough opponent would make a really good improvement in their morale. Honestly I thought Union Berlin wouldn't lose but at least didn't add it to my parlay. But I still lost as I chose both teams to score instead. 

On the contrary, I don't think Dortmund's start is good. With Malen being the best winger they have, Haller never looking like his old self and losing Bellingham, Dortmund are a very bad team. Not forgetting that Reus is not the same Reus anymore, the injuries they have suffered have finished him. Now it's like there is no player who can penetrate the ball from the midfield, so their new number 8 hasn't shown much. You also lost quality at the back, a player like Guerreiro was bringing you both goals and assists and had a high contribution to the game from the left side. Brandt is the only one who can produce something and he's really overloaded. You gave away the game to the worst team in the league in the last 30 minutes of the second half and you conceded 2 goals and you could have conceded more. This team will be a dud in the champions league and won't be in the top 4 this year.

Leipzig are a big team in the Bundesliga and would definitely compete well this season, I see them as one of the title contenders and they'll go far in the league even if they don't win, they've got the squad a good number of quality players that would help them archived success this season and let's not forget they won the champions of the league Bayern Munich in the DFL- Super Cup finals.
  They've won 2 out of 3 matches since the beginning of this season and are currently 3rd on the table they'll be playing against Augsburg after the break and and I think they're favorites because they'll be playing at home, I love their performance today and thanks to the goal from Xavi Simons that gave them the lead and a brace from Benjamin Šeško which sealed the victory.

Can we say that Leipzig recovered a bit and will compete for the title this season? or is it too early to say that? I mean they won vs Union Berlin tonight with 3 goals to 0, they humiliated Stuttgart and lost hardly vs Leverkusen while beating Bayern Munich just before the beginning of the season DFL Super Cup.
I find Dortmund and Leipzig switched places. For Leverkusen they seemed fine until now but I am not sure for how long they could continue like that. It is nice to see many teams competing for the first place in Bundesliga.

What a start from Leverkusen eh ? Personally , I would like to see another titan battle until the end between Munich and Lewer as the early 2000's were so great featuring this two teams.

From 3rd place down , anything can change from game to game because is really hard to tell which team deserves top 10 for now with competition being so tight. 

Surprising final score isn't it? When the final result of Union Berlin vs Leipzig was 0-3 and this was embarrassing behavior against Leipzig which beat Union berlin with 3 scores and this goal was scored by all young and talented player.
Sometimes we have to start analyzing in detail how the performance of all the players and the lineups used for matches and which players will appear and if we only analyze last season matches or analyze with H2H it is very clear that it will not give the right prediction and we are here forgetting something special from Leipzig and only looking at h2h, indeed Union will be very superior but that was last season but this season we must not forget that Leipzig this season has succeeded in recruiting talented young player who have very good reliability like Xavi Simons who is on loan from PSG and managed to score 1 in second half and then Benjamin Sesko who managed to score 2 goals in the second half.

Leipzig is a very good team and they showed that it is possible to win also against Bayern Munich a few weeks ago.
If leverkusen will be keep playing as they doing it right now they have some good chances to stay there as they are right now.
I am a little disappointed from Frankfurt today as they played at home only a draw.

Union Berlin was so bad in the game that they couldn't hold the ball throughout the game, they couldn't attack. Moreover, when Volland was out of the game with a red card, they had no chance. Leipzig looks like a great team this year, but they can still get surprising results. You know they lost against Leverkusen

Losing Kevin Volland when Union had to focus on catching up made Union a dilemma and had to relax their attacking intensity a little and playing with 10 players was clearly difficult against Leipzig who did play very well in this match.

Dortmund's start is good, but I'm sceptical. I mean, newcomers Heidenheim stole a point from Dortmund earlier. A slap in the face! They have a 2-0 lead, but can they maintain it? I've witnessed Dortmund's matches, and they always relax.How about Emre Can? He's the talk of town, right? He has major skills. One player doesn't make a team. What if he gets hurt or leaves?
