It is far from certain that Bayern will become stronger even if Tuchel finds an approach to the team. The Bayern management have already stated their commitment to a smart spending strategy and that they will not buy top players for top money. But right now, that approach just doesn't work. I was thinking Bayern will score at least a goal before now but what I'm still seeing on the score board is zeros. I don't know if there will be surprises as time goes on but for now the game atmosphere isn't encouraging. Now a little more than 70 minutes are played and a few moments ago Bayern Munich finally managed to score a goal and it even was a pretty nice goal with a flying header of Serge Gnabry. Still the performance of Bayern was pretty poor so far in my opinion, because even though they were totally dominating the game in terms of ball possession, they just were not really able to create good chances to score.
They are just playing to slowly so Hertha never really has much problems to get back into their defensive formation, even if Bayern would have a good attack to counter.
