I definitely agree, that the decision to sack Julian Nagelsmann came completely unexpected and at a moment that was definitely very uncommon and also dangerous. Now in hindsight it was definitely the wrong moment to sack Nagelsmann because Bayern is now out of the DFB Cup and of the Champions League too and with the loss today against Mainz they are also behind Dortmund in the Bundesliga again, if Dortmund is able to win their match against Frankfurt.
That being said, i still think that Tuchel is a better coach than Nagelsmann, but he needs time to teach his system and style to the team. So we will not see the impact of Tuchel until the beginning of next season.

Here are the result of my pick for games today

1. FSV Mainz 05 VS FC Bayern Munich GOAL 3 - 1 - LOST

A hard time for Thomas Tuchel right now this season he has gotten 3 losses and 2 draws now that he holds Bayern Munich that is 2 losses and 1 draw on the Bundesliga side and 1 loss and 1 draw for the UEFA Championship, right now Thomas Tuchel doesn't let Sadio Mane and Leroy Sane played together in the 1st half Sadio Mane got a terrible game then he was replaced by Leroy Sane but still there is not a chance as the lead of Mainz is impossible to turn the tables around,

Hertha BSC VS Werder Bremen GOAL 2 - 4 - WIN

Marvin Ducksch is firing with those goals 3 goals for this game for him, Werder Bremen has gotten this good but as of now Ducksch has gotten 8 goals so far, pretty much he gotten lucky with the positioning, but yeah he was really firing up like what Lewandowski and Haaland did back then,

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim VS 1. FC Koln GOAL 1 - 3 - LOST

Fairly a close match but then again Koln's accuracy was really something in getting more goals than Hoffenheim, Mainz from the start was firing up and they have good gameplay against Hoffenheim, while Koln have gotten all 3 goals Hoffenheim just barely got 1 goal on this game,

VfL Bochum VS VfL Wolfsburg GOAL 1 - 5 - WIN

Just like I thought Wolfsburg going to be this good  and looking at the stat even though Bochum has gotten many shots, with 24 their shots on target was just 6 and Wolfsburg was really something with their scoring, it was a great start for Mattias Svanberg and he surely did 2 goals for this game to win against Bochum,

Tuchel failed to show how he will bring Bayern Munich in the future, I think the dismissal of Julian Nagelsmann is really one of the bad decisions ever made by Bayern Munich, we never know what will happen if Nagelsmann is still Bayern Munich's manager because he's not given a chance. Just look at to Mainz statistics match that they only have 26% ball possesions but from it Mainz can able to win the match and after Mane scored goal i thought Bayern will continue their domination in this match and scores more goals but apparently i was wrong about that because in the second half Bayern has been showed poor performance and poor coordinations between their defenders and the consequence is Bayern have to conceded 3 goals from it and after this result i am sure Bayern management will be regret to their decision why sacking Nagelsmann in rush

I wish Dortmund will be able to take advantage of this match by win against Frankfurt so Bundesliga will be more interesting again if Dortmund win from Frankfurt and taking over first place from Bayern and on the paper this match is not so hard for Dortmund especially they have good records from meetings statistics

Bayern lost this match, giving Dortmund the advantage again. Now Dortmund has to seize this opportunity. They will surely win today. Eintracht Frankfurt started well but haven't won their last 7 league games. There is no greater opportunity for Dortmund than this. Dortmund, on the other hand, has an excellent opportunity to surpass. They don't get better chance than this, and I'm hoping for them to come out on top today.
